RESULTS

I have collected data through a survey that I send to the leads that I generated during the time of
my SIP at Eduvanz Financing Pvt. Ltd. as a potential of being one of the consumers for the
company. The following is the link to the form:

I have managed to get 50 responses in total with an equal distribution of women and men

More than 50 percent of the employees are in the age range of 25-31 followed by the range of
18-24 with 42 percent.

In the question of how long have an employee working with the same organization from the
survey I came to know that most of the employees are working 3-6 (i.e. 46 percent years with)
the same organization followed by 7-10 years amassing for 20 percent of the survey

As for the role that the employees in the organization most of them are in the role or working as
sales executives followed by business analysts and bookkeepers

According to the answers received from the survey, I found that the range of 13-19 Lakhs per
Annum has the highest percentage of employees which is 44 percent followed by the range 6-12
LPA and 20-26 LPA with 22 percentages.

Upon asking whether they are comfortable sharing their information with an NBFC like Eduvanz
86 percent replied with “Yes” and 14 percent replied with “Maybe”.

In asking how you think Eduvanz can reach out to you better most of them answered with social
media followed by e-mail and face-to-face marketing and at last telephonic marketing.

The maximum of the survey takers was aware that how much L&D programs are important for
their career growth and personal growth.

And in asking if they are ready or want to take an extra step to fast-track their career growth with
an additional L&D program other than what their respective organizations provide 80 percent
answered yes and followed by 18 percent of maybe.

In asking the survey-takers whether they are aware of the organization Eduvanz and what
services and products Eduvanz provides, 56 percent answered yes they are aware of Eduvanz and
the services Eduvanz provides followed by 22 percent answering that they do not know of
Eduvanz and are also not aware of the services provided and 22 percent with as yes they have
heard of Eduvanz but are not aware of the services provided.

Asking the sample of survey-takers whether they are willing to seek the services provided by
Eduvanz 46 percent answered with “Maybe” followed by “Yes” with 34 percent and “No” with
20 percent.

DISSCUSION AND CONCLUSION

By taking the above results from the survey taken I found that most of the potential leads for
Eduvanz are in the age range of 25-31 and most of them work in senior positions in their
respective organizations and roughly all of them have an annual income of 13 LPA or more
some even crossing the range of 27 LPA and know the value of L&D programs towards their
career growth and are even willing to attend L&D courses externally. In aspect of knowing the
company Eduvanz Financing Pvt. Ltd. most of the sample survey takers answered yes and also
showed their own most preferred way to be reached out by an organization which was social
media mostly like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora, Etc. lastly asked whether they
are willing to avail the Zero to Low-Cost financial aid provided by Eduvanz for an employee’s
Learning and Development Requirements and answered “Maybe”. This I think is due to their
high earning capacity and also the easy accessibility that is being offered by the direct vendors
like Unacademy, Udemy, Coursera, Etc.

In conclusion, what I get to understand is that Eduvanz is trying to target those with a low to
moderate annual income and also targeting organizations that are in their start-up phase and are
looking for their growth and employee growth alongside, maintaining their attrition rate and
creating a talent pool which can become a great asset to the targeted organizations.
