In November 2013, typhoon Yolanda badly hit the northernmost part of Cebu.
Though the typhoon’s eye went straight to Tacloban City, several towns in the northern
Cebu province were still really devastated. Agriculture and livelihood fell. But,
Cebuanos proved their 1 (resilience, hard work) despite the
havoc brought about by the storm. Nations poured in help, giving us a clearer picture

organizations and groups convoyed towards north of Cebu on board in private vehicles
