Sub: Challenge of Provisional Answer Key, Display of Scanned Images of OMR Answer
Sheet, and Display of Recorded Response for the candidates of Manipur
State of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) – 2023 – reg.
National Testing Agency has conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) –
2023 in the state of Manipur for 8753 candidates at 34 Ccentres located in 11 Cities on the
request of the State Government of Manipur in the wake of the law-and-order situation on 06
June 2023 (Tuesday) from 12:00 PM to 03:20 P.M. The list of 11 different cities is Aizawl
(Mizoram), Kohima/Dimapur (Nagaland), Shillong (Meghalaya), Guwahati (Assam), Jorhat
(Assam), Silchar (Assam), Kolkata (West Bengal), Delhi, Bengaluru (Karnataka), Imphal
(Manipur).
In continuation to the Public Notice dated: 04 June 2023, the National Testing Agency has
uploaded the Provisional Answer Keys, Scanned Images of OMR Answer Sheet, and
Recorded Responses for NEET (UG) – 2023 for the candidates of Manipur State on the
website https://neet.nta.nic.in/ for candidates to challenge as per following details:
To facilitate the candidates, a scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet has been sent to the
registered e-mail address given by the Candidates at the time of submission of the Online
Application Form of NEET (UG) – 2023. Candidates are being given an opportunity to make an
online challenge against the provisional Answer Key by paying a non-refundable processing
fee of ₹ 200/- per answer challenged, within a specified period as indicated above.
Candidates can also submit representation against the OMR grading by paying a non-
refundable processing fee of ₹ 200/- per question challenged.
Candidates may please note that this opportunity is being provided to the candidates who
appeared on 06 June 2023 in the 11 above-mentioned cities only. For candidates who appeared
on 07 May 2023, it will not be visible to them.
The detailed information along with the procedure for the challenge of Answer Key and Recorded
Responses are enclosed at Annexure 1 and Annexure 2.
The payment of the processing fee may be made through, Debit card/Credit Card/Net
Banking/Paytm by 12 June 2023 (up to 04:00 P.M.). No challenge will be entertained without
receipt of theprocessing fee. The Challenges will not be accepted through any other mode.
Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject Experts. If the
challengeof any candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the
response of allthe candidates accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result
will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the
acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key finalized by the Experts after the
challenge will be final. No challenge will be accepted after 12 June 2023 (up to 04:00 P.M.).
The Candidates are advised to visit the official websites of NTA (www.nta.ac.in) and
(https:/neet.nta.nic.in/ ) for the latest updates.

mostappropriate Answer Key to be used by the NTA.
7. If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the Options
givenin the next four columns by clicking the check box
8. You may want to upload supporting documents in which you can select ‘Choose
File’and upload (all documents are to be put in a single pdf file).
12. Select t h e Mode of Payment and Pay a processing fee @ ₹ 200/- for each
questionchallenged. Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net
Banking/Paytm.
13. After successful payment, download/print the Answer Key challenge receipt.

Security Pin as displayed and submit.

6. Select the Question(s) for which you wish to challenge the Recorded Response.
7. The number next to the Question under the column ‘Captured Response as
per OMR Sheet’ stands for the option opted for by the Candidates in the
OMR Answer Sheets.
8. Once you select any Question for Challenge, you will see three options
under thecolumn ‘Candidate’s Claim’.
9. If you wish to challenge this option, you may use the Options given
in the ‘Candidate’s Claim’ column.
10. After clicking your desired option, for Physics / Chemistry / Botany /
Zoology for NEET (UG) - 2023, scroll down, ‘Submit’, and move to the
next screen.
13. Select the Mode of Payment and Pay a processing fee @ ₹ 200/- for each
question/grade challenged. Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net
Banking/Paytm.
14. After successful payment, download/print the Answer Key challenge receipt
