Conclusions

This study focused on the perspective of the students about their knowledge in our culture in
the Philippines and to determine the importance of preserving our cultures, history, and heritage. The
Philippines has unique culture due to the influence of colonization and the surrounding countries.
Filipino people are very hardworking and strive to make life better for the next generation of their family.
The Filipino values, has not entirely lost it values, beliefs, and traditions we have cherished for long.
Many old-fashioned virtues as mentioned on our questionnaire are continuing to be treasured in most
Filipino houses. Based on our research students in the Lyceum of the Philippines Batangas all the
students are still do our culture that were inherited in the past and the also give importance to it. In
addition, culture provides important social and economic benefits. With improved learning and health,
increased tolerance, and opportunities to come together with others, culture enhances our quality of life
and increases overall well-being for both individuals and communities.
