Antiporda, Ma. Christiana P.

For the first question in the activity, I would understand and agree that the class denied
that person a Philippine passport because he already went through the process of law
for a criminal offense and the court already sentenced him to the death penalty. For the
second question, I would agree that the class denied the brilliant scientist because he
was committing domestic violence, and additionally, he violated the Republic Act 9262
or the Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004. In the third
question, I agreed that the class gave the child a passport since the child did not violate
human rights or commit any crime. For the fourth question, which seemed tricky for me
as I misread the scenario and voted to give a passport, I now understood why the class
denied the mistress because objectively adultery is illegal in the Philippines, and I agree
with it. For the fifth question, I would definitely agree with the class to give this young girl
a passport, because, after all, every person has a right to health, medical care, and
treatment for their conditions. For the last question, I agreed to give the painter a
passport as he just offended politicians, but he did not commit any crimes at all.
