    Problem Statement: Our customer + 381116159606 is unable to get + 16478475221 via


    your network.

    Impact: Partial loss

    Current Status: Pending with customer.

    Observations: We don’t see time stamp/Time Zone provided in the traces attached in
    the email chain. Also, in the problem statement you have mentioned B number
    16478475221 whereas in the traces you’ve mentioned B number 16477138220. Could you
    please confirm the exact B number.Therefore, we request you to share faulty samples
    in the below mentioned format :-
