Question 1

The root causes of this issue are due to the lack of training quality and materials used in
assessment such a quizzes, presentations, etc that lead to poor interaction between the students
and the instructors and other staff members. Such causes could affect the learning outcomes for
students; including poor understanding and poor knowledge obtained from the training due to
low – quality it has given. Example, if the instructor gives presentation to students that have poor
figures and not clear formulas given, there is tendency that students could not learn well from it
and they cannot gain enough any knowledge from it.

Question 2

The proposed solution would be improving the figures and other assessment materials used for
the sake of students’ learning. Alt text should be used for all images and tables. For learners who
are visually impaired to be able to "read" the figures with using graphical interfaces, the alt text
for the graphic or table should be detailed. Avoid utilizing too many ornamental images. The
realism of photographs can be increased. Once more, only utilize images that are pedagogically
sound and pertinent to the subject matter. Pictures used merely for decoration should be avoided.
Teachers can use Power point slides to enable to concentrate their information on the main
concepts and content when delivering lessons and presentations. One could draft lecture
summaries which might be turned into presentations. One can print class notes as notations
pages, which are printed sheets that include author annotations alongside the accompanying
slide.

The three (3) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of this issue are as follows:
1. Proportion of Authorities Utilizing Technology in Presentations: Administrators and
educators ought to use the online or in-classroom technologies that have been made
available for lectures, projects, or activities; this measure ought to let us know if that
practice is taking place.
2. Percentages of student satisfaction on presentation. This metric examines how student
satisfied with the presentation which allow us determine if they understand or not and
allow us to determine the factor of having low satisfaction and high satisfaction for better
decision making in improving the presentation.
3. Competency Scores for Every Area of study: This enables you to observe the way each
component of a curriculum is succeeding rather than just how the programme is broken
down.

Question 4

Conception:

 Analyze the issue based on scenario and determine which part needs solutions
 Perform effective plan to consider the improvement of interaction between the students
and the instructors and other staff members.
 Proposed best software that can manage the issue

Definition:

 Conduct deep research on the proposed software that could analyze email exchanges,
chats during sessions, and the materials.
 Define the function of the software related to the required solution of the recognized
problem
 Conduct some testing process about the software to test its performance and effectiveness
towards the problem recognized.

Execution

 Establishing tasks and setting up frameworks: Delegate specific project details to the
right members of the team, being careful to prevent overwork

 Installing the software by the team

 Execute the software following with the proper function when it comes to emails, chat
sessions, and etc.
 All teams should be trained based on assigned task and must adhere to whatever policy
been implemented in using the software.

Operation:

 The team could be now starting using the software in building and monitoring
interactions of students and the instructors and other staff members.
 Conduct monitoring on staffs while operating the software. This can be done by
monitoring the results towards students. In this case, we can see if the software is
effective or not in providing effective interactions.

Question 5

Member A: Member A, who is "highly motivated and very skilled at the essential work," would
benefit from a servant leadership approach. They focus on work involvement and teamwork,
which tends to earn them higher levels of esteem. This type of leadership inspires their teams and
demonstrates exceptional communication abilities.

Member B: A participating behavioral leadership style is suitable for member B. Member A,


who is "very motivated and very talented at the important work," would profit from a servant
leadership style. They emphasize teamwork and engagement at work, which tends to elevate
their status.

Member C & D: Transactional leadership style is suitable for members C and D. Dealing with
team members who seem to be unfamiliar with a particular project type or who require thorough
instructions may be acceptable situations for this method. Specific goals as well as a strategy for
achieving them will enhance productivity (Fiaz et al., 2017). Also, this leadership approach
blatantly promotes organization, presuming people may lack the drive to do their assignments.
With this reward-based structure, a leader establishes distinct team objectives or duties.

As a leader of the vocational training institute, I am writing this email after analyzing the
problem on interaction between you and your lecturers and other staff members. As your leader,
I am proposing the best solution that also needs your cooperation. I am sending the solution to
your lecturers and we will then need your time and cooperation to hear this solution by the time
of meeting for the full-detail discussion about this proposed solution. For your initial
information, this is a software based-solution that could us improve interactions that could
monitor mails, sessions of chats, and etc.

To Lecturers:

To all lecturers in this institute, I am writing this email for very important matter as a leader on
the vocational training institute. I heard that we have encountered poor quality of delivering
presentations like using poor figures, quizzes and etc that lead to poor interactions between
students and other staff members. Therefore, I am proposing best solution which is using
software-based. This solution required enough training and I would like to discuss this very soon.
For now, I would like to inform you that we will be scheduling a new meeting discussion for this
software with the participation of all students. As a leader, we need your help to schedule a 2
hours discussion and inform the students for the schedule date. Your cooperation is very
