To facilitate the timely release of funds related to these activities, all participants are
required to confirm their attendance for each activity by filling out the Confirmation
Form attached herein (See Annex I). The forms must be duly endorsed by the principals
and approved by either the Schools Division Superintendent/OIC or the Regional
Director. The forms must be scanned and sent through email to Ms. Josephine Intino,
focal person for SPFL-Japanese at josephine.intino@deped.gov.ph.
SPFL Supervisors in the Regions and Divisions are reminded to closely monitor the
program and the teachers’ active participation and attendance, and to ensure the
successful implementation of SPFL-Japanese together with partner organization, The
Japan Foundation Manila.
