3. IMEI Ac vated, EMI done and IMEI uploaded on GMCS, before coverage  will not be considered for Payout Purpose.

4 Coverage only on model men oned in scheme le er.

5 Misu liza on of price drop can lead to the cancella on of payout.

6. This Scheme is intended for end consumer benefit

7. TDS as applicable

8 The payout being post sale discount will be se led through commercial credit note as conditons of Sec on 15(3)(b) of the CGST Act, 2017 are not satsfied. Please note that the

commercial credit note issued by SIEL under this scheme is inclusive of GST amount payable by partner under the scheme.

9 All benefits, being made available are applicable only for Products sold for use within India ('Condi on'). This Condi on has to be adhered strictly. In case of any wrongful or

erroneous availment of scheme benefits not adhering to the Condi on, Company reserves the right to recover/ deny scheme benefits on such iden fied Products.Decision of
the Company in this regard shall be final and binding.
