HOMEMADE POTATO WEDGES

Ingredients Equipment:
2 x large potatoes Sharp knife
Chopping board
1 tsp smoked paprika (School) Large Baking tray
1 tsp garlic powder (School) Baking paper
1 tsp oregano/ mixed herbs (School) Small mixing bowl
Salt and pepper (School) Dessert spoon
1 tablespoon of oil (School) 1 plate
Vegetable peeler

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200C. Prepare your baking tray by
placing some baking paper on it.
2. Wash and scrub the potatoes so it removes all dirt. If you
prefer wedges with the skins off, use the vegetable peeler
to remove the skin.
3. Using a sharp knife, slice the potato in half.
4. Place the flat side down on your cutting
board. Cut again in 3 to make the wedges.
5. Put the wedges into a mixing bowl with the
spices and oil such as paprika, garlic, oregano, salt and
pepper. Mix together using a dessert spoon until seasoning
completely covers the wedges.
6. Pour onto a lined baking tray and spread them out.
7. Place them in the oven and cook for 20 minutes and bake until
they are golden brown.
