The foundation of Motocon Industries LLP (also known as MOTOCON) was based on a vision to devise excellence in
Electrical Actuators. The vision was to design, produce and market superior quality motors & electrical actuators at
economic prices. Founded in year 2013, the company manufactures high calibre Electrical Actuators, Synchronous motors
& induction motors at its Pune unit.

ELECTRICAL ACTUATOR:
We have various Types of electrical Actuators from MOTOCON INDUSTRIES have been developed specially for the quarter
turn operation of small size Butterfly Valves, Ball Valves, Plug Valves and Dampers. We are provided with Single/Three
phase Actuator which considerably saves the cost of electrical hardware and other accessories.
Also as the actuators are installed directly on final control element and are provided with stall-duty motors, the units
become completely maintenance free, that is Fit and Forget type. The units are supplied with all necessary features to
operate the final control element in ON/OFF or modulating modes.
We are simple in design with compact in size and lighter in weight due to high grade Aluminium alloy Body & achieve low
cost automation.

Space heater To prevent water condensation, the actuator are fitted with an anti condensation heater called
as space heater, the latter can be connected to the AC or DC voltage of 230 V.

Actuator Life 10,000 cycle consists of normal 900 travel in both directions (ie.900 to open +900 to close). an
average load of at least 30% of the rated torque. One start consist of a movement of at least 1%
travel in both direction (as per EN standard.15714-2-2009)

TWO WIRE POSITION TRANSMITTER : MODEL : MPTR - 1000

Model: MPTR - 1000 : Is an Actuator Mounted Electronic Instrument to
convert Resistance input to Current output.
A change in resistance: 100-235 Ohms From potentiometer ( alternative
values are also available ) which convert 4-20 mA signal. The maximum load
resistance is 500 W. The supply voltage of the transmitter is 12 to 36 V D.C The
zero and span setting are provided on this instruments

Technical Specification :
Supply: 12 to 36 V D.C., Input : 100-235 Ohms
Output : 4 to 20 mA DC.
Zero: 4 mA and Span: 20 mA

POSITIONER UNIT :
Actuator / Panel Mounted : Series: MPS101: Single Phase & MPT303 -
Three Phase
These are electronic positioner unit field mounted or actuator mounted
These units accepts incoming control command signal: 4-20 mA or 0-10
VDC/0-5VDC which converts into 230 VAC directional relays for forward and
reverse operation these are with respect to present position of actuator.
These positioners are available for both single phase and three phase
actuators
The retransmission output is self powered with 500 ohms load (max) having
dead band, time-delay and feedback signal
