This letter is to make you aware that we will be undergoing a Demolition &
Construction Project for PROPOSED FOUR(4) STOREY RESIDENTIAL
HOUSE  PROJECT located at  Lot 1-A-3-223 Corta cor. Hoover St., Brgy. Addition
Hills, San Juan City. This construction is scheduled to commence the last week of
May, 2023 with an estimated completion date of July 2024.

All Demolition & Construction activities will occur in accordance with the guidelines set
forth by the Construction Management. We will do our best to limit the amount of noise
or disruption to you throughout construction, from 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday to
Saturday.

If you have any concerns, you can reach out to the Construction Management who will
notify us appropriately.
