UNDERTAKING TO PAY RENT

the property of MRS. SHAIBU DORCAS lying and situate at No 16, Zone E, Agwan Hausawa,
Kurudu Abuja, hereby confirm that the following the Notice to Quit served on me, I hereby
undertake to quit the property on or before the 31 st day of December 2023.
DEFAULT CLAUSE
If I default in the above undertaking, I submit to the payment of an additional 50% of the total
outstanding for every month wherein I default in leaving the property.
