INTRODUCTION
Many people have witnessed public threats such as kidnapping, holdaping,
snatching etc. and it's been a problem that the government can’t permanently prevent.
While some social issues like poverty leading to this treats can be understandable, we
still need to assure the person’s safety. Especially, in times where the person is alone
with barely anyone to call for help. Self defense, armed or unarmed can be a counter to
this events. While self defense can be a thing, it is unsure of how a person can really
defend him/herself within the situation. In some safety devices, there are some issues
that can be noticed, and one that can extremely affect the device is the signal
strength. With this issues, the researchers then decided to make an improved safety
device built as a necklace that has self providing signal capable of calling the nearest
police station with just a single button press known as The Safety Alert Necklace.
The main goal of this study is to design a safety necklace device that sends the
user’s location to the nearest police station by just pressing a button. This is to
determine how fast the police will get notified of where you are and when it can be a
one-time or several use device. This study can save countless lives if people took care
of it and used it properly. The safety device is wearable making it accessible anywhere
the person wearing it go. This Safety Alert Necklace will asure your safety and will
make sure you get the help you need.
OBJECTIVES/PROBLEM
Nowadays, lots of threatening people wandering everywhere in search
for innocents people.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Determine if the device is working The goal of this research is to find out
properly and can help the person when it will be a one-time use device or
at risk. can be used several times.
Measure the time of when the police
gets notified.
Determine how fast police will get
notified of where the person are.

So, in this article, we suggest a wearable security system that continuously tracks a user's location, heart rate, and sends
messages to emergency contacts and the police via a worn pendant.
An unusual gadget is a smart pendent that through this pendant aids in the user's safety. A real-time, portable Scrabble

Real-time alarm, dynamic GPS tracking, and monitoring system for man overboard
We suggest a real-time alarm, dynamic GPS tracking, and monitoring system in this study. Wearable sensor
devices, modular long-range access points (LoRa APs), physical electric fences, and a central control system
are the four components that make up MOB's R&D aim. Wearable sensing devices with instant notification, a
virtual electric fence monitoring system that is adapted to the size of the ship, and actual electric fences
surrounding the ship that also cause an instant notification are the three sensing techniques that can raise an
alarm for MOB.(Sheu, B. H., Yang, T. C., Yang, T. M., Huang, C. I., & Chen, W. P. (2020).)
Methodology
A compact, lightweight, and low-power tracking system with GPS was recently shown. The
innovative receiver design, which runs on a coin battery, enables quarter-hourly position
data and a two-year tracking lifetime. We will use a snapshot receiver design that supports
freely changeable duty cycles. By moving data processing to the cloud, the receiver's
hardware complexity and energy usage are decreased. This idea reduces the cost, size, and
weight of the tracker compared to standard GPS trackers, opening up new applications.
When powered by a coin cell, their prototype device weighs 1.3 grams, measures 23 mm by
14 mm, and claims a working time of 683 days with quarter-hourly placement.

The button switches on the necklace was transmitted using a similar method, and the
switch signals were handled at general-purpose inputs and outputs.
The EMG switch and button switch underwent their initial and follow-up proof-of-concept
tests in a total of three test sessions.
Collar button switches have several issues that need to be addressed, including the
device's displacement, weight, volume, and the annoyance of mounting the switch in various
positions.
Finally, it was quite simple to utilize the EMG switch and necklace button switch, which
eliminated this issue.
