1. Mouse and Keyboard Cause:

- Either there is a problem with the cable or the port is damage, broken, or
unresponsive.
- The mouse and keyboard drivers are out-of-date

Solution:
- Try to buy external adapters suitable for your keyboard/mouse.
- Try to replace your keyboard/mouse
- Update your keyboard/ mouse driver (search> Device Manager> choose
Keyboards/Mice and other pointing devices> right click your keyboard/ mouse
device> update drivers> search automatically for drivers).
2. Monitor won’t turn Cause:
on - Loose or improper connection.
- Power cable not plugged-in.
- Broken/ bad cable
-loss cable in the back of the monitor

Solution:
-double check the back portion of the monitor if cable is plug properly
-Try unplug all cable that connected in your cpu
3. Monitor black screen Cause:
- Cable (HDMI/VGA) or Hardware problem(GPU/motherboard).

Solution:
-check your hdmi if its connected properly
-might be the problem that 2 hdmi socket might be have been damage
-unplug everything and try plug again
4. Monitor dual screen Cause:
won’t show -Hdmi
-Display setting
-Voltage

Solution:
-Check setting detect the other screen or the cable of the dual screen.but sometimes
the problem would be hdmi or the motherboard……command p also can be
shortcut
5. No sound due to Cause:
speaker not being - Faulty or loose cables.
recognized - Broken soundcard
- Speaker is not selected
- Audio driver is out-of-date.
Solution:
- Change cables if possible. If not, replace your speaker.
- Replace your soundcard
- Make sure that your speaker is selected in the settings
- Update your audio driver (search> Device Manager> choose audio inputs and
outputs> right click your speaker> update drivers> search automatically for
drivers).
6. CPU won’t turn on Cause:
 - Voltage spike/sag/surge
- Broken/ damaged hardware (Power source or motherboard)
-Faulty/loose/inappropriate connection
Solution:
- Use a voltage regulator for a constant and reliable power supply.
- Replace broken hardware.
- Check if cables and wire are properly connected and secured in their proper ports.
Replace broken/ faulty cables.
7. Key binds Cause:
-fn
-language setting

Solution:
-Arrows keys change from wsda that means you press fn+arrow keys so the
solution is press fn + wsda keys or Check region and language in the setting of your
keyboard
8. Weak Wi-Fi problem Cause:
- Data traffic due to many task running at the same time
- Still using DSL internet
- low connectivity range
- Connectivity interference due to different materials/ objects blocking signal.

Solution:
- Close unnecessary task when not in use.
- Upgrade to Fiber since it uses light signals (which is faster) instead of electricity
to send and receive information.
- Try upgrading your internet range or buying a signal extender. Another solution is
to buy a router to increase your Wi-Fi range.
- Try placing your modem and device in an open area. If not, use a LAN cable to
connect your device to your modem. If your PC/Laptop doesn’t have a LAN cable
port, buy a Wi-Fi adaptor for your device.

Solution:
-If you are in a hurry, you can just press enter key to skip, altough it must be
temporary, However, if you are not in a hurry, it is STRONGLY recommended to
leave the check disk running. Especially for example after a power outage, it will
show this, it is recommended to leave it
10. PC is very slow that Cause:
doing simple task - HDD for storage device
takes a long time to - Low RAM and storage capacity
do - outdated chipset and video card

Solution:
- Upgrade from HDD to SSD
- Increase your RAM and storage capacity
- Upgrade your chipset and video card
11. Computer had a Causes:
virus - Pirated Games
 - Antivirus off
- Scam antivirus
- Flash drive

Solution:
- Make sure to eject your external drives before removing them
- Run an antivirus scan and check if your antivirus is running.
- Delete the last program/file you have downloaded that may have started the virus
12. Freezing program Cause:
blocks the Task -Game Graphics
Manager from -application open in the same time
showing up in -Hdd storage might be the problem
Windows 10 -Virus

Solution:
-Try Alt+F4 first to try and force the freezing program to exit, however, Try
Ctrl+Alt+Delete key to access task manager, however, if it is blocked by the
freezing program, BUT the taskbar shows up, there is an icon next to the search bar
in Windows 10, press it and you will see New Desktop with plus icon, add a new
desktop then press the new desktop, then access task manager from there to end
freezing process but if it completely freeze hold the power button in your cpu to
restart your computer
-but if task manager won’t help in your freezing just control+alt+delete again and
this time press signout.}
13. GPU slowing dying Cause:
-Game Graphics
-to many applications in the same time
-Multiple browser + Games

Solution:
-Change your setting from high to mid to low in many games some gpu can be
cause of temperature of overheating (gpu limit recommend is 80%) some lower in
75% Should be
-recommendation buy new gpu once you feel your gpu failing stop playing the
game or buy new one
14. Windows update Cause:
error -Shutting down in the midway of the update
-Can be the cause of slow Wi-Fi

Solution:
-Wi-Fi problem or search services in your window find you windows update and
make it automatic and find also background intelligent transfer service if not check
trouble and press troubleshooting. what if even though you already done everything
I recommend you to go to you drive c and find windows and find software
Distribution and delete it and completely restart the update…..what if your pc
shutdown and you don’t want to update but the things your pc does not function
properly well you need to fix that to a proper engineer
15. CPU won’t turn on Cause
-Power supply
 -Intel core placement
-Motherboard overheating

Solution:
-Mother board or Power supply
-intel problem core placement
-check properly cable problem or you didn’t witch the power button in power
supply most problem came from the overheating gpu yap.
16. Wifi Keeps Cause: Windows Built in Power Saver
Disconnecting
Solution:
- Go to the Advanced Settings in the Power Options, click Wireless Adapter
Settings, Set “Settings” to Maximum Performance.

17. Pc Fan not Working Cause:

- Dirt Accumulated Inside Fan

Solution:
- Use Compressed Air to Clean Fan. If Dirt is not the problem, You can Use
apps such as SpeedFan app to Check what problems it may have.
- Change the oil

18. Blue Screen (of Causes:

death) - Corrupted Drivers
- Too much Apps or Programs Open
- Faulty Hard Disk
- Heating Pc

Solutions:
- Update Driver (In the Device Manager)

19. Monitor Goes Black Causes:
After being on For a - Color Quality
few Seconds - Screen Adjustment

Solutions:
- Most Monitors have auto adjust buttons but if it doesn’t work, then change
display color from 32bit to 16bit
