Maintaining of PC

- Disk Clean Up – nililinis nito ang mga di kailangan, o temporary file, kasama din kuminsan ang
mga files na matagal na hindi nabubuksan. Pwede ring mabura ang ibang mga downloaded na files
depende sa iche-check na box.

*icheck ang box ng gustong madelete na mga files at i-click ang “OK”*

*ULITIN ANG PROCESS HANGGANG STEP 3*

*i-check ang box ng gustong madelete na mga files at i-click ang “Clean up system files”*

*kapag nakita ang step 2 ay pwede na i-exit*
 - Support Assist (for dell users) – inu-update neto ang mga main drivers ng system upang
maging updated at mas mapabilis ang performance neto.

*Run and Update if possible all drivers that you see*

 - Windows Update – minsan eto ang dahilan ng pagkabagal ng pc, (recommended) ang araw-
araw na pagccheck neto upang palaging nasa latest version ang Windows naten. NOTE: minsan
nagrerequire ito ng restart ng pc.

*pwede mano mano puntahan ang update for windows kung ic-click ang “Update & Security” kung di
mahanap isearch ang “check for updates”*

NOTE: hindi laging “Install Now” ang nakalagay dyan, minsan makikita ang “Check for Updates” at iyon ang
pipindutin, after pindudin tsaka palang ii-install
 - Device Manager – iisa-isahin naten dito ang mga drivers upang ito ay i-update, minsan hindi
nadedetect ng mismong pc ang bagong driver update kaya mas maganda kung mano mano naten
iuupdate ito upang mas mapabilis ang performance ng pc dahil mau-updated sa latest ang drivers
na gagamit naten.

*Right Click each item then select “Update driver”*

*click “Search automatically for drivers”*

*Repeat steps 3 to 5 for all the drivers to fully update the drivers*
 - Defragment and Optimize Drives – “OPTIMIZE” cinocompress ang mga downloaded na files
upang mas lumiit ang gamit ng space sa drive. “DEFRAGMENT” tinatanggal ang mga unnecessary
files na kasama sa downloaded files(walang mabuburang importante na file). Pinapaliit lamang nito
ang mga file sizes(if possible) upang hindi masyado malaki ang kain sa storage.

*click the disk then click “Analyze”*

NOTE: Pwede pagsabayin ang multiple disk sa process

*After the Analyze, click the disk again then click “Optimize”*

NOTE: This section is the longest process for the optimization of disk, basically hindi magagamit ang pc(dahil
magiging sobrang bagal while this cleaning is on process). Kaya recommended na gawin lamang ito kung hindi
gagamitin ang pc sa mahabang oras (no exact nor estimated time if ano oras matatapos ang optimization,
nakadepende ito kung gaano katagal ang last na optimization ng disk).
