Tarlac, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT PERLITA A. CARABBACAN, of
legal age, married, resident of Motrico, La Paz, Tarlac, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact,
for me and in my name, place, and stead, to the following acts in my behalf:

1. To process and receive from the Department of Foreign Affairs with Application Receipt
No. 22101013426 issued on July 15, 2022;
2. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all document(s) and papers as
well as claim/receive for and in my behalf said document(s) from the DFA as well as to
do any and all acts in order to accomplish the afore stated acts and deeds.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority to sell, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all
