following circumstances), Party A will require Party B to sorting or rework Party A's
inventory in order to meet the production quality and Party B shall caoperate.
(1) Not conform to Party A's manufacturing process or market epidemic or major
safety regulations, laws and environmental requirements.
(2) Incoming inspection quality exceeds inspection AQL (Acceptable Quality Level).
v. Ifthe abnormal product quality is judged attributable to Party B, and when Party A
deciding to sorting and rework, Party B shall implement according to the following
requirements and make control measures for Party A's review before
implementation:
(1) Party B shall make a complete SOP before execution, which shall specifically
regulate the sorting or rework process, and all Products shall be inspected,
sorted or reworked for defects (appearance or function) in accordance with
the normal process. All SOP's for sorting, inspection and rework must be
approved by Party A.
(2) Party B shall conduct publicity and education training for relevant employees
before rework to ensure that the procedure is carried out according to SOP.
(3) Party B's product body and outer box shall be marked, and the serial number of
all products shall be recorded in detail
(4) Party B shall not mix up the sorting or managing lot of rework Products.
(5) Party B shall report the sorting or rework results to Party A on a daily basis.
(6) In case using any resources of Party A, Part B shall pay for it following the
quotation by Party A.

iicle 9 Analysis and Treatment of Unqualified Products
Party B shall establish a fast and effective handling mechanism to deal with each
abnormal product quality event (including but not limited to: product function failure,
reliability problem, abnormal environmental protection, customer complaints of Party A,
failure to meet the target value specified in “Article 2 quality assurance requirements of
this contract’, etc.). For each abnormal product quality event, Party B shall submit FA
report to Party A within the abnormal handling time set by Party A.
