and buyer, key risk plan).
7. How many times did your idea “pivot” from the beginning to where it is now?
8. How did you know you were really onto something (momentum, payment,
referrals, etc.)? Or are you still struggling because you don’t know the future of
this business?
9. How did you originally test your service’s value proposition?
10. How do you reach your customers?
11. How did you increase your fund? If angel or Venture Capitalist, how did you find
them? If not, do you have any plan to find a VC to increase funds for making your
business bigger?
12. What metrics did/do you use to track your organization’s progress?
13. Do you have any tech specialists who maintain online sites? If yes, when did you
hire and why don’t you prefer outsourcing in the early stage?
14. What partners were/are critical to your company’s success? What other resources
were/are critical to your company’s success?
15. Why will customers go to your company to buy their dream property?
