Please apply the upside-down pyramid on your organization and show the different
levels of support that move from one layer to another
Applying this diagram in my organization will start upside down from Top
manager passing through Team leader and workers till reach to customer.
Let me share with you the different level of support and how transfer support
among different level.
1. Top Manager.
Prime minister and CEO are representors to this phase
Decide the mission and vision for the organization,
Make laws and regulation that serve the Investment industry.
Determine investment sectors need to be encouraged, and then Grant
incentives and guarantees.
Then mention the objective for each team leader clearly and share the
required data, and give them the empowerment to find ways to
achieve their targets.
Top Manger has to ensure fast and efficient way of communication in
case the team leaders need assist.
2. Team Leader.
Divisions manager are the representors for this phase in my organization.
They share the objective required and information needed to achieve it
with workers.
Give workers the chance to use their creativity to achieve their target.
Observe team result and direct them to right path.
4. Customer.
Investors are representors for this phase.
This is last cycle in chain, all organization -whatever their field – work in
order to serve the customer product in good quality and in time.
This couldn`t be happen although all steps before done correctly
According to my organization, we are looking forward to help both investors
and Egyptian economy
Helping investors by serving them good opportunities with all
required data on time and telling them the procedure exactly they have
to do in order to start their business
Helping Egyptian economy by
_ Attract more markets to Egyptian market.
_ Encourage investors to invest in target sectors.
