Dear Parents,
Summer vacation is probably the happiest period in a student’s life.
Summer break of a little over 2 months is an excellent opportunity to
make it a worthwhile period in child’s life. Outing, excursion and
adventure should be the tone of time spent at home for a child,
while remembering the importance of being in touch with a bit of
revision of taught concepts and research related projects. We have
accumulated a list of educational tasks to keep your child engaged in
healthy learning activities. Fun filled learning tasks to be done at
home under your guidance can make the summer break more
exciting and learning experience.
Note:
Here are few tasks for you to be completed during the vacation. Do remember to complete the
given tasks after reading them carefully. Maintain a folder label it nicely along with the pictures
taken during the activities & experiments (stick your activity pictures in the given ‘My Activity
Picture’ frame) You need to submit your folder after the school reopens on the first day 30th August
2020.

Variations – This can be a game where kids can get “out”. Round up a

Coarse toilet paper (the type you typically get in schools!); a water bottle; wax paper; kitchen

What to do
Instruct students to tear the toilet tissue and place it in the water bottle of water before
replacing the lid and shaking it vigorously.
Have them closely observe how the tissue turns to pulp? Strain it to remove excess
