Herniated disk
A herniated disc is frequently treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication, if the
pain is only mild to moderate. A patient may be considered a candidate for spinal surgery if
there is difficulty standing or walking.
Scoliosis
Scoliosis treatments vary, depending on the severity of the curve.Bracing or surgery may be
needed if the spinal curve is moderate or severe
