PREFACE
I realized that I could make a difference in the world by sharing my experiences and knowledge
on motivation, awareness, and spirituality through outreach efforts. The book is for everyone
who is struggling to find their purpose in life. I share my personal experiences and how they
transformed me in the hope that they will inspire others to do the same.

As a researcher in spirituality, religion, and science for the past thirty years, I am still using my
experiences and knowledge to coach friends, relatives, and other people to unite with their
hidden potential, whether intellectually or spiritually. My goal is to help them move forward
and discover themselves—to know that they are not what they think they are and that they are
not alone. Henceforth, to live a life free from the influence of others in the present moment.

The idea to write the book emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic, when people were afraid,
upset, restless, and developing anxiety. The impact may last for some time. Hence, I felt a sense
of urgency to do something to help, and I began compiling my research and experiences. I have
also created videos to offer encouragement during the pandemic.

To write the book, I followed a plan and drew inspiration from the works of Robert Kiyosaki,
Napoleon Hill, Clifton Gallup, Martin Seligman, and the Quran, the words of wisdom of Prophet
Muhammad, as well as my own experience.

I advise you to read the book slowly, taking time to absorb and retain the knowledge and
wisdom in each line. We are constantly programming ourselves to change.

INTRODUCTION
Motivation is the key to achieving success in every aspect of life. Without it, we can find
ourselves feeling stuck, unmotivated, and lacking direction. But what is motivation, and how
can we harness it to drive us towards our goals? In this book, we will explore the science of
motivation and provide practical tools and strategies to help you unlock your inner drive and
achieve your dreams.

The one who is better than you is yourself. The source of success energy is within you; you are
powerful, with great potential sleeping in you. Believe in yourself. With the appearance of the
COVID-19 pandemic worldwide, our brothers and sisters were morally down, and those who
were poor and had low income were the most affected. We, as human beings, are
interconnected; we need to help each other for a better tomorrow. How can I let them down
when I, myself, have experienced suffering in the past?

I have chosen to be with you through my book ‘Motivation’, which, as a companion, I hope and
pray will be an aid to lift you morally and help those who need a boost in life. Throughout the
book, you will learn how to motivate yourself. Motivation will help if the desire to change is
there; go from indecision to open-minded thinking and change your behavior.

It will be helpful to find your vision, conquer your fear, discover your hidden power, believe
with faith, and change the way you think by understanding your mind. Furthermore, you will
learn how to create a creative and productive plan, develop your emotional intelligence, and
walk in the middle way.

Every successful person has failed more than once in their life. I have failed as well, but failure is
a blessing because it increases our experience, which becomes our true knowledge and grows
our wisdom. At first, redefine your priorities and strategy to convert your failure into victory
with analytical thinking. The stories in the book can serve as a means to stimulate your mind
and promote awareness.

While reading the book, you will start to change into another person, becoming a well-
motivated person, mindful, uniting with yourself, building up strong character strength, as well
getting the virtues of wisdom and knowledge, courage, humanity, justice, temperance, and
transcendence. You will plant a seed, which will grow into a tree, and the fruit will be the
unification of your power.

The tree of creativity is an upside down tree that contains a creative principle that can be used to
develop an adequate plan for a subject to concretize in a suitable way. The creative principle is the root,
the subject is the trunk supported by the branches of why, when, where, who, what, and how, and the
leaves will be your ideas. For example, if your subject is motivation, you can use the branches in
different ways, but be careful; otherwise, you can go astray on your way.

MOTIVATION

There was a young athlete named Sarah who dreamed of becoming a world champion in her
sport. She practiced hard every day, pushing herself to the limit and dedicating herself to her
training. Despite her efforts, Sarah struggled to win competitions and began to feel
discouraged. She considered giving up on her dream, but one day, her coach gave her a pep talk
that changed her perspective.

He reminded her of all the progress she had made, how far she had come, and that setbacks
were a natural part of the journey towards success. He encouraged her to keep working hard,
and to stay motivated by focusing on her passion and the joy of her sport. Inspired by her
coach's words, Sarah redoubled her efforts, and soon began to see results. She won local
competitions, then regional ones, and finally, she became a world champion, achieving her
lifelong dream.

Sarah's story shows that motivation and persistence are crucial for success, and that even when
things seem difficult, staying focused on your passion can help you overcome obstacles and
achieve your goals.

As the adage goes, "motivation" is not just a mere word but a powerful force that fuels progress
and ignites growth. It harbors two secrets that not many are aware of, buried within its letters
lie two entities that pave the way towards achieving one's dreams: motor and innovation.

The first, motor, is the driving force that propels individuals towards their goals. It is the power
that revs up the engines and sets them on their journey. Without a motor, there can be no
forward momentum, and progress becomes a distant dream. It is what separates the dreamers
from the doers, the ones who strive for success from those who merely watch from the
sidelines.

The second, innovation, is the spark that ignites change and creates growth opportunities. It
introduces new methods, ideas, and concepts that challenge the norm and push boundaries. It
is the catalyst for continuous success and unlocking one's true potential. Without innovation,
progress becomes stagnant, and growth becomes limited.

Together, motor and innovation form the backbone of motivation, and they are essential
components of achieving success. With the right amount of drive and the ability to think
outside the box, individuals can conquer any obstacle and reach new heights. So the next time
you think of motivation, remember its hidden gems: motor and innovation, and let them guide
you towards a brighter future.

Motivation will help to reprogram your life whenever you need it, and since motivation is an
internal process, it will help if the desire to change is there. Start telling yourself, "It’s time to
forge ahead and abandon any dull notions of the past". You have the power to do it; the source

of the success energy is within you. Make the commitment to move forward, be open-minded
with perseverance, and believe in yourself that you can do it.

Motivation will not only help you to move on but also to reveal the potential that is hiding deep
within you. The essence of motivation is to believe in this divine power within you waiting to
help, so what are you waiting for? The course of life is like a moving wheel. It will continue to
move on, and it will not wait for you; you have to move together. Do not let yourself down;
fight for your survival; and get up and stand up! You are entitled to be happy, to succeed, and
to have a better life.

It can be beneficial to use linguistic techniques for reframing, which will decrease the level of
intensity associated with certain words. Using alternative phrasing will potentially reduce the
emotional impact of the language cast-off. Use positive language. Instead of framing something
negatively, focus on the positive. For example, instead of saying, "I can't do this," say, "I can try
to find a solution."

Sometimes, simply using less intense language can help reduce the emotional impact of a
statement. For example, instead of saying, "I'm really angry about this," say, " I’m feeling
frustrated." By using these techniques, you can reframe language in a way that is more
appropriate for the context and potentially avoid inner conflicts.

Motivation is not only positive thinking but also learning from your mistakes—the things you
have done but are not productive—weaknesses—the missing resources that you need—and
ignorance—your missing knowledge. Reframing the words mistakes, weakness, and ignorance,
reduces the level of intensity associated with them. You will ask how to progress! It’s easy!
Write on a piece of paper your mistakes, weaknesses, and what you do not know; if you cannot
solve it, seek help. I deeply hope that the book "Motivation" may provide the inspiration you
need to find your answers.

If you have the desire to improve, self-motivation will find its way. Learn from your mistakes
and the way you think, and know that everything happens for a reason. Look at every situation
with a different vision and in a positive way. When you feel depressed, go for a walk; entertain
yourself, and that will serve as a booster. Take care of your health and gratify yourself in the
way you like. Having a plan according to the way you want to improve, your plan will be your
source of ideas and will help you make the appropriate decision.

No one can change you except yourself. Everything I am telling you is just a stimulus, but it will
not take you anywhere if you do not know where you want to go. Motivation will help to unite
you with yourself and to walk through the path of life; if you fall, do not lose hope, have faith
with a firm belief that next time you will succeed. Come back again and again; champions do
not look backward but always forward.

With motivation, you will not lose your time and energy in vain, it will help you to use the
opportunities in your life successfully and be more productive and well-organized. You will have
a good influence on your family, colleagues, and the environment. Adopting this kind of
attitude will help you find your vision.

You will have an interest in other people's needs and well-being, but it depends on how each
person will react. Some people have compassion only for their family and friends, while others
are compassionate towards everyone. You will become peasant, sympathetic, cooperative, and
helpful, and you will be less easily annoyed by others. You will be able to receive criticism
without holding any grudge, and you will have an optimistic view of human nature.

Furthermore, you will become more conscious of yourself, set clear goals, pursue them with
determination, and achieve a high level of success through purposeful planning and
perseverance. However, do not try to be a perfectionist at first. Perfection will follow with
experience. This will help you to be sociable, outgoing, energetic, and lively, and will also help
you to become a natural leader. Be careful not to try to impose your leadership on others.

Reduce fiction in your life to become more productive by doing simple actions like having a plan
of what you are going to do tomorrow and already choosing the clothes you will wear on the
eve; having a checklist; not waking up in the morning on a rush, sleeping earlier, working out at
home, reading books that will inspire you; and giving yourself a gratifying break.

Motivation can become unreliable if you do not redesign your behavior and environment and
clean up all that is unusable and tedious.

During a conversation with a colleague, I asked about her routine after coming home. She
shared that she took care of her family and prayed before bed. I suggested she carve out some
time for herself, but she mentioned feeling too busy with her daily responsibilities. I offered to
help, and she agreed.

I suggest practicing diaphragmatic breathing before going to bed. This technique involves
inhaling slowly and deeply, as if you were filling your belly with air, and then pushing your belly
back as you exhale. Additionally, try finding something that brings you joy or a sense of calm,
such as a flower or a sacred place, and use it as a focal point for your mind. If your thoughts
start to wander, bring your attention back to this focal point.

After a month, I met her again, and she reported the positive effects of the technique and
prayed with concentration. She mentioned that simple solutions can come from simple
methods. I asked what motivated her to try it, and she replied that it was worth a shot.

Cognitive load is essential—all the things that you choose to spend time on or pay attention to
that take mental effort—and too much cognitive load affects your ability to be productive,
creative, and resilient.

Breaking things down into smaller pieces is a useful strategy for approaching complex tasks or
problems. By dividing something into smaller, more manageable parts, it becomes easier to
understand, analyze, and work on.

how they all fit together. When faced with a complex problem, it can be overwhelming to try to
tackle it all at once and develop solutions.

Trying to tackle a large task all at once can be stressful and overwhelming. Making it more
manageable will reduce stress and increase motivation. Overall, breaking things down into
smaller pieces is a useful strategy for anyone looking to approach complex tasks or problems
more effectively.

To maintain the level of motivation, it is necessary to acknowledge and admit the type of
motivation that usually stimulates you. The more aware you are, the greater are your chances.
You have to switch to an optimal motivation viewpoint. You can also think about what makes
you happy in life, be it happiness, wealth, money, a job, family, health, meditation, prayer, or
anything else! These are among the things that make the human motor move, but if you do not
have inspiration, you won’t achieve much. Motivation is the driver that drives you to do what
you are doing.

You can also assess your individual strengths to motivate yourself, like:

What do you enjoy doing during the day?

What makes a really good day for you?

About the best day that you can remember.

What would you describe as your most significant accomplishment?

What gives you the greatest sense of being authentic and of who you really are?

What do you think is the most energizing thing that you do?

Where do you gain the most energy from? From what sort of activity?

What are you doing when you feel most energized?

Figure out about a time when you think that the real you is most present.

What are you most looking forward to in the future?

Do you have a vision for the future? What is it about?

VISION
Once upon a time, there was a man named John who lived a monotonous life. He had a well-
paying job, but it lacked any meaning or purpose. He had everything he thought he wanted—a
comfortable house, a fast car, and all the material possessions he could ask for—but he felt
unfulfilled and empty inside.

John had lost hope in finding true happiness and purpose in life. He was consumed by a sense
of pointlessness and wandered aimlessly through his days. But one day, while walking in the
park, he stumbled upon a blind man playing a beautiful melody on his violin. John was
captivated by the music and struck up a conversation with the blind man.

The blind man told John that he had once been a successful musician, playing in prestigious
concert halls all over the world, but he lost his sight in a tragic accident. Despite this setback, he
refused to give up on his love of music and continued to play, finding joy in each note and
melody.

John was inspired by the blind man's passion and resilience, and he realized that he had been
looking for happiness in all the wrong places. He decided to search for something that would
bring him true joy and purpose, just like the blind man had found with his music.

So John quit his job and took some time to travel and explore the world. He tried different
things—volunteering, learning new skills, and helping others—and eventually, he discovered a
love for photography. He found that capturing the beauty of the world around him gave him a
sense of purpose and joy that he had never experienced before.

With newfound hope and vision, John started a photography business and quickly became well-
known for his unique and captivating photographs. He found success and happiness in his new
life, and he never forgot the lesson he learned from the blind man in the park , that true
fulfillment and happiness come from following your passions and doing what you love.

And so, John lived the rest of his life with purpose and happiness, never losing sight of the
vision that he had found.

A vision in life is a clear and compelling picture of what you want your future to look like. It
should reflect your core values, passions, and purpose. Creating a vision for your life can help
you stay motivated, focused, and energized as you work towards achieving your goals. Think
about what matters most to you and what activities make you feel most fulfilled. These can be
your guiding principles as you create your vision.

Ask yourself what you want to contribute to the world and what legacy you want to leave
behind, this may become your vocation. This can help you create a vision that aligns with your
deepest aspirations. Write down a clear and inspiring statement that captures your vision for
your life. This can serve as a daily reminder of what you're working towards.

Break down your vision into specific, measurable goals that you can work toward. This can help
you stay on track and make progress toward your vision. Take consistent action toward your
goals and vision. Stay focused, be persistent, and stay open to learning and growing along the
way.

Remember, creating a vision for your life is a journey, not a destination. Your vision may evolve,
and that's okay. The key is to stay committed to your values and purpose and to take consistent
action toward your goals.

If you struggle to find your vision, ask yourself questions such as, "Why can't I do it?" "Where
can I find the information I need?" "What is holding me back?" "How can I approach this with
an open mind?" "Who can help me?" and "When is the best time to start?"

Every day we are under the influence of the conscious mind, which uses external information to
catch our attention; this is where changes should come from. You have to change your way of
thinking and even the environment in which you are surrounded.

There is a famous spiritual saying that says, "Unlearn to learn." You should accept that learning
is a never-ending story. The vision is already here; you are the one not paying attention since
most of your time is being wasted, sometimes on useless quests and by external influences.

On this path, you may fall and make mistakes that form part of this track. It is a normal
procedure, by making mistakes, you will learn and become prolific. The way you feed your
subconscious will determine the output; if the input is productive, success will follow. It may
seem difficult, but do not worry; with perseverance and love, you will succeed.

You can look at another person’s vision and how they manage to do it if you are a believer;
religion has sufficient teaching to help you. Introspect on your life, find the good and the bad;
identify what is relevant for you in life, your field of work can provide you with ideas and
necessary information. Write your priorities from start to finish, have a plan, and do what you
can to update your plan when needed.

Be present, conscious of what you are doing, and constantly searching. Live in the present
moment, when you do something, do it well and with passion; and do not stress yourselves
with illusionary expectations.

Meditation is also useful to find your vision, as it helps to wake up your subconscious mind,
which is a database for everything that is not in your conscious mind. It stores beliefs, previous
experiences, memories, skills, and feelings. Every time you have an idea or emotion, a memory,
or an image from the past, this is your subconscious mind communicating with your conscious
mind.

The subconscious mind is where human personality takes form, and the personality will be the
way we feed it. At first, we need the awakening of the subconscious mind, but do not let it
guide us as it wants. You have the power to retrieve data from it, and you are the one who has
the power to use it as it should be.

Your vision is a pillar of your life, and accompanied by a good plan, just do what you have to do.
You have already embarked on the ark of life, if you continue to hide in the boat’s holds, you
will get depressed and remain ignorant, and this can affect you. If you want to be a winner, first
you should know what you want, get out of the boat’s hold, and debark at the next port, where
you will see how many opportunities are waiting for you there.

There are different opportunities for everyone; let something new take birth in you, and this
will help you in your life. You can take examples from people who have put into action what
they have learned and how they feed their intelligence with useful tools. The awakening of your
subconscious will depend on how you have converted your thinking to make your vision a
reality.

Open-minded people are not afraid to face any difficult situation in life, if you cannot be like
that, you will fail, at the beginning of your quest. Your worst enemies are the external negative
influences that will have an impact on you, but take it as feedback to improve and not as a
discouragement.

Have a look at those who have found their vision and what has motivated them to succeed. To
have a vision does not mean to be rich but to become a support in your life. There is no magic
solution other than a good education and a creative plan. It does not matter if you fail; it is not
the end of the world. Come back again next time with the research, learning, and experience
you've acquired.

Bear in mind that those who have succeeded have also known difficulties, but they have fought
back even if they had to give their last breath to survive. Success will not come to you , you
have to build it. Through deep meditation on the subject, you will develop your possibilities.
You need to have the desire, determination, and conviction to attain your objective; this is
where your motivation is a good companion.

You should know what path you want to walk and make changes when needed. How will you
change if you do not expect to change? If you do not dig deep within yourself and find the
necessary ingredients, how will you find the necessary opportunities to move forward? Think of
your vision as a partner, this will reinforce your confidence as you focus on your goal.

In every lifetime, a human being will encounter a common phase or situation that should be
approached with caution and consideration. It is important to utilize the necessary tools and
methods to transform your life accordingly. It is imperative to assess the environment you are
in before you react and ponder on the power of your intelligence. We all have the power to find
the truth, but to do so, you must have the real intention to do it. However, it will depend on
how you are feeding your brain.

There is something that you must understand in your quest; you should always be satisfied with
your actual situation. Accept it and do not look at it as an affliction because it may be a starting
point to unite with your vision. If you do not have faith in what you are doing, no way will bring
you where you want, and this will decrease your intense desire to get there.

Develop the habit of reminding yourself that failures and setbacks are opportunities for growth
and learning. Repeat the affirmation, "I embrace my failures and use them to become more
knowledgeable in areas where I am ignorant," every day. Write down your intention to
continuously improve and make note of new ideas that come to mind. Embrace the power of
self-reflection and a growth mindset to achieve success in all aspects of your life.

Remind yourself that you are ready to pay the price to find your vision; always stay on track
whatever happens, stand up on your feet, and say: "Yes, I will do it!" Be yourself, not someone
else. Don’t be tempted to fall back into your old ways, turn the negative into a positive, and
look for the good in everything and any situation. By resolving the inner conflicts, you will be
able to improve your self-esteem.

Think back to moments in the past when you succeeded and were strong. Develop a clear vision
statement; this will turn on the lights on your personal growth, development, and ability to
sustain performance. Create a shortlist of core values because without knowing what’s
important to you and what to stand for, it will be difficult to develop a vision statement. Think
about the goals and dreams you have for yourself by understanding what you want, and keep in
mind that all that you are writing is for your welfare and empowerment. Finding your vision
requires introspection and reflection on your goals, values, and passions. Here are some
questions you can ask yourself to help you identify your vision:

What do I want to achieve in my life?

What are my core values?

What inspires me?

What are my passions?

What are my strengths and talents?

What kind of impact do I want to have on the world?

What would I do if I knew I couldn't fail?

What kind of legacy do I want to leave behind?

By answering these questions, you may gain clarity about your vision and what you want to
achieve in life. Remember, your vision should be something that excites and motivates you and
aligns with your values and passions.

BELIEVE
Once there was a young girl named Jane who grew up in a conservative household. Her parents
instilled in her a set of strict religious beliefs and warned her of the dangers of questioning
those beliefs. As Jane grew older, she started to have doubts about her faith. She wanted to
explore other ideas and beliefs, but the fear of going against what she had been taught was so
strong that it felt like a physical weight on her chest.

She tried to push the doubts aside and convince herself that her faith was unshakable, but the
doubts persisted. She felt trapped in her own mind, unable to break free from the beliefs that
had been imposed upon her. One day, Jane confided in a trusted friend about her struggles. Her
friend listened with compassion and suggested that she explore other perspectives and beliefs
to see if they resonated with her.

At first, Jane was hesitant, but she gradually started to read books and talk to people from
different backgrounds and belief systems. As she did, she realized that her previous beliefs had
been limiting and that there was so much more to the world than she had previously thought.

Over time, Jane was able to break free from the mental prison of her previous beliefs and
explore the world with an open mind. She learned that it was okay to question what she had
been taught and that there was no shame in changing her mind. By doing so, she was able to
live a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Belief is a mental attitude or conviction that something is true or real, without necessarily
requiring proof or evidence. It can refer to a broad range of convictions or opinions, including
those about religious or spiritual matters, philosophical principles, scientific theories, or
personal values and preferences.

Beliefs can be influenced by a variety of factors, including personal experiences, cultural


traditions, education, and social norms. Some beliefs may be based on subjective experiences
or intuitions, while others may be based on empirical evidence or logical reasoning.

Beliefs can have a profound impact on an individual's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. They
can shape how people perceive the world around them, make decisions, and interact with
others. However, beliefs can also be challenged or changed over time, particularly when new
information or experiences are encountered that challenge previously held beliefs.

Believing in the power of uniting with your inner potential and staying motivated is a reality
that exists within every human being. However, this potential often lies dormant in a corner of
our being. To awaken it, we must allow divine love to guide us with discipline and sacrifice. To
cultivate this belief, we must repeat to ourselves, "I want to be at one with myself."

Some people choose to do it alone, while others choose a congregation with the same purpose,
which helps them to reject negative thinking and bring them out of the darkness. All positive

thinking stimulates your beliefs, which have an influence on your consciousness. If you feed
your soul with the food of unity, unity will find its way.

To believe and to unite with your vision is a state of mind that you should develop and firmly
believe in, it is something that you should repeat and learn yourself. It is as if you are in a war.
Every step counts and can lead you to success or failure. However, if you do not believe in
yourself, nothing will help you grow mentally.

You should love what you are doing and love the eternal elixir that will give life to your beliefs
and creativity. This is where the motivation for unity will take root; love is the pillar of belief,
and belief is the cure for ignorance.

I prefer the term ‘ignorance’ to ‘failure’ meaning that you do not have the necessary
knowledge in this particular field. Even in religion, love is the foundation of all beliefs that make
man in relation to God. Your belief will transform you into a different person; it is a force of
attraction that makes cosmic spiritual reactions possible.

Unfortunately, sometimes you let yourself be guided by your pessimistic emotions, which is the
real danger on this path. The way you perceive yourself will ultimately shape your thoughts and
actions in life. Talk to yourself and say, “I want to be one with myself." Through continuous
repetition, the truth will come out.

What is happening in the world has a great influence on you, and every day you absorb what
you are learning from the media or other people and you believe it. This kind of indoctrination
will not help. All this incoming information is stored in your mind, and you create your world
internally. By combining these influences, you develop an individual personality by which you
identify yourself. Is this your real identity?

You have constructed a castle where you have hidden, but most of the problem is inside the
castle, not outside. Get out of your castle; do not jail yourself deliberately. Our thinking can
influence and stimulate our daily lives. Stand up, get up, and say, I have taken the decision to
change the way I believe, and I want to walk on the path of unity, and I will not take into
consideration anything that will drive me out of my way.

If you do not trust yourself, how will you be able to transform and climb the ladder? Do not
delay your destiny. Be like the lion king, always patiently waiting for the right moment and
never losing sight of its prey when it hunts.

Look in the mirror and say, "To this moving picture, I am not you, and you are not me; I am
powerful and stronger. Every day your ego lies to you and tells you that you are weak, that you
are good where you are, and why do you have to change? Let it be. You have to die and be
reborn from mental imprisonment to freedom in unity. Have this faith.

Have the courage to tell yourself, I am strong and powerful, and I have the resources to
motivate myself to unity, but it will not happen if you do not act. You do not need to possess
superpowers to change. It depends on how you feed your brain. The data is significant, feeding
yourself with demotivating suggestions, will destroy you. Stop this, it’s never too late.

Seek constructive and motivated materials. Constructive beliefs will transform your life.
Demotivating beliefs will kill you slowly, and you will be jailed mentally. What you absorb with
your brain every day will pave the way for your future and construct the bridge on which you
will walk.

Convince yourself that you can climb the ladder to switch on your bulb, and do not make your
life a dark room by thinking that all is over for you. You are not a loser; success will come if you
wish to do it and find it. We become what we believe; do not forget that you are the
commander of your mind, and when it is under your control, you will take over. You will be
surprised at how powerful and divine you are, and you will attain the summit that you have
never even dreamed of.

Your life will change if you open your internal eye. You will see that you are living the life of
another person; you are following a trend that is not yours. Make your own choices; do not let
others decide for you, this fits them because they get to control your entire life and generation.
You will be happy, satisfied, and productive if you change your mindset. Get away from this
illusive personality that you have created with your thinking. To believe in yourself is to believe
in the great Lord. You will be motivated or demotivated depending on your thoughts and
beliefs.

When you feel empowered and courageous and have the motivation to believe in yourself, it is
a sign of both happiness and success. This is because your subconscious mind is being
nourished with positive, constructive thoughts and ideas. As a result, you gain a deeper
understanding of yourself and awaken the potential that may have been dormant within you,
allowing you to move confidently towards achieving your goals and reaching your full potential.

The fear of victory is recorded in your brain, and you let it take place, and your mind uses it
every time you go into the field of life. Go with the wind of transformation and success, you will
learn the value of your labor even when there is no life expectancy. Stand up on your feet and
be strong in your head; you will be afraid of nothing.

You are rich with motivated knowledge hiding in you; it is your lost treasure, but you have to
dig to find it. The book will give you a plan and the necessary tools to find it. Every human being
creates their own state of mind, but it can be reprogrammed when needed. It begins when our
thinking is put into motion by an uptrend, and our belief will go beyond the limit. Every day,
think about how you can develop yourself and meditate on what is demotivating you, note it,
and act upon it. Your belief is your power, but it depends on how you construct yourself.

All the motivating thoughts that you know today and that are used to stimulate your brain will
be useful if you continue to do them with love and passion. To change your demotivated
thinking, this is a chain that you should break to suggest to your subconscious mind that
motivated thinking will have a good influence on your life. In every situation auto-suggestion is
very important.

Every thought we consumed, whether productive or not, good or bad, entered the brain with
the help of the mind, which took the form of an illusion master and made us his slaves. With a
firm conviction and belief, when you feed yourself with productive and motivating information,
your faculties will become your protective guard and will reject all unproductive thinking.

Man can understand his mind through the faculties that exist in him like sight, hearing,
smelling, talking, thinking, touching, and so on. However, man, distracted by the attractions of
the world, forgets his power every day and becomes deprived of the motivated teaching of
unity. Man prefers to let himself be guided by his ego and desires without knowing what is
waiting at the end of the road. Man is not a walking dead but has the capacity for discernment,
stop living as a blind follower if you are one of them.

Sometimes, with desperate suggestions, you make your life a thorny, rocky land with your
thinking. To make it fertile, you need cleanliness and purification with the help of your creative
faculties. If you continue to be negligent, your destructive way of thinking will destroy you.

You design your life by the way you think and believe. Human beings have the habit of taking
into consideration what other people will say if they act differently in life compared to them. It
is not an obligation to design your life like others. Everybody has a different inspiration.
Inspiration is something that comes from the depths of your brain; it is your hidden secret and
your force, which will help you to live.

Redesign your life based on your inspiration. After a general mental purification, it will not be
difficult to change the way you think. To have the capacity to feed your subconscious with
useful material, there is certainly a price to pay, no pain, no gain. You should believe firmly with
love in your words and thinking, and you will obtain the result you are looking for.

If you fall, have the yearning not to abandon, fall and stand up again, and grow wisely. If your
belief does not match your inspiration, you will remain the same person. On your way, there
will always be different kinds of obstacles to help you move forward. Your ability to continue
will depend on your perseverance, which will grant you experience and wisdom.

Later on, when I fell for the first time in my life, I discovered that my capacity to concentrate on
my aim was not well defined. I thus started again with deeper concentration, and it became an
obsession. This made me love what I was doing. God has given man the capacity to master
himself, which will help him connect with the divine power.

Your thinking creates a design on its own and defines your actions in your daily life, and your
character will take the same form. Every day, if you keep moving on the track of change, your
mind will be understood step by step.

Experience and wisdom will help you achieve maturity in understanding; you will understand
how the plan works and treat it with respect. It is easy to say but difficult to comprehend, which
is why it is critical to put into action what you learned. The book will help to design a suitable
plan, but without practice, it will be worth nothing. It is helpful to master all the elements that
have a bad influence on you. To create a firm belief in your future actions, you can follow these
steps:

Define specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals that align
with your values and aspirations. Write them down and break them into smaller, achievable
steps.

Visualize yourself achieving your goals and performing the actions necessary to make them
happen. Imagine the positive outcomes that will result from your efforts.

Reframe any negative self-talk into positive affirmations. Instead of saying, "I can't do this," say,
"I am capable and confident in my abilities to achieve my goals."

Seek out people who believe in you and your goals. Their support and encouragement can help
you stay motivated and focused.

Create a plan that outlines the specific steps you need to take to achieve your goals. Break
down each step into achievable tasks and set deadlines for completion.

Begin taking action towards your goals, even if it's just a small step. Each action you take will
build momentum and reinforce your belief in your ability to succeed.

By following these steps, you can create a firm belief in your future actions and increase your
chances of achieving your goals.

Therefore, stay alert, take immediate action, and do not delay your destiny. To believe firmly in

THE POWER

Once upon a time, there was a king who had everything he could ever want, but he felt
incomplete. He longed for true power and happiness that he believed would come with
material possessions and status. The king consulted his advisors, but no one could offer him an
answer that satisfied him.

One day, the king heard of a wise sage who lived on the outskirts of his kingdom. The king
decided to seek out the sage and ask for his advice. After a long journey, the king finally arrived
at the sage's humble abode and requested his guidance.

The sage welcomed the king and asked him what he sought. The king expressed his desire for
true power and happiness. The sage replied, "True power and happiness cannot be found in the
external world. It can only be found within oneself through the acquisition of knowledge and
understanding."

The king was perplexed by the sage's answer, as he had always believed that power and
happiness came from the external world. The sage then explained to the king that knowledge is
the key to unlocking true power and happiness. He told the king that by understanding himself
and the world around him, he would be able to make wise decisions that would benefit his
people and himself.

The sage then taught the king many lessons about life, morality, and governance. He taught the
king the importance of empathy, humility, and compassion. He taught him the value of
knowledge and how to use it to make informed decisions. The king listened attentively and
internalized every lesson the sage taught him.

After spending several weeks with the sage, the king returned to his kingdom a changed man.
He began to implement the sage's teachings, and soon his people noticed a significant
improvement in his leadership. The king became a wise and just ruler, loved by all his subjects.

To succeed, you need your internal power. It is indispensable as otherwise no plan will take
form and you will not be able to figure out what you want. Your vision may die prematurely.
When your research is well organized, the following knowledge and experience will become
your booster with well-developed intelligence. The transformation will depend on how
profound you go in the search. Your knowledge and experience will be your shield and your
power at the same time. Knowledge is obtained in many ways but the best knowledge is your
experience.

Knowledge will become your power if you know how to use it properly; otherwise, it may hurt
you. Whatever your vision, go wisely and seek advice when needed. If you cannot work alone, it
is better to be accompanied by a mentor, a congregation, or a team. Conjugated knowledge will
create a spirit of harmony on the path.

I still remember my teachers always telling me to be present in the meetings, as this develops
my internal power. Though, they are not here today, I can walk alone on my path accompanied
by their teaching. When you are awakening, enlightenment will follow, and you will be able to
see what you could not a long time ago—it’s not magic but illumination.

Whom you surround yourself with is very important. Being with those who have discernment
and experience is a vice-versa process if you want to succeed. When you are with people who
are prolific in character, well-notified, and ready to help in perfect harmony, you will have a
better chance to succeed. All will depend on how you believe in yourself. By firmly believing
with faith, you will make it.

You are not alone; there is an unexplained force that is always there, but you are unconscious.
It is essential to understand how it works; you just have to connect with it. Religion calls it God,
and some call it the Universal Energy.

It may happen when you have a task to do and cannot find the right factor to fulfill it.
Unexpectedly, you meet someone, and while you are talking about the subject, a sudden
inspiration emerges. There is a connection that was made to the universal energy through the
person unconsciously. Have you ever meditated on where these inspirations come from? As it
may also happen when you are alone or in meditation, this is your internal power!

You have what you need to go forward; it is not reserved only for a certain kind of person. God
never discriminates against anyone. God or universal energy needs your cooperation and trust.
You may have many ideas, but you do not know where to begin. You need a point of
orientation to direct yourself. If it happens that you meet a mentor, teacher, or even an
experienced person, do not refuse their help. But what will happen if you do not meet one? Do
not worry, there is always a way to start by leaving behind all that is disturbing you in your daily
life; do everything that is productive, creative, motivating, and makes you happy.

Before you go to bed or on your bed, choose the way that is suitable for you and meditate—or
you can take a white piece of paper, put a black dot in the middle, fix on the dot with your eyes,
and try it for one or two minutes and then increase the time progressively. At first, it will be
difficult, but later on, with regular practice, it will become easier. In the beginning, you can feel
head pain and your eyes tearing; it’s normal. Do not worry, I have done it before.

This is an ancient method used to help with concentration while meditating. It is a way to calm
down the mind and develop your internal abilities. It is as if you are emptying your mind to put
in what is productive, creative, and motivating instead. There are many ways to meditate, but
this method has worked for me as a novice at the beginning of my search.

Everybody who has succeeded in their life has used meditation as a means to, why not you?
Meditation will help you unite with your power inside and develop in such a way that you will
transform into another person. I am not telling you to become a superhero; superheroes are
good for movies. They are ephemeral and superficial.

However, if you want to find better superheroes, look at your mom and dad or someone who
has helped you grow and see how they managed to make you who you are. This is also a way to
use them as an example of motivation because they were always there to unite with you in
your life and stand by your side as a support, always doing their best. When they get older, we
have to do the same.

Human beings are composed of five elements: air, water, fire, earth, and ether. These are the
main sources of our body and have a great influence on us, both concretely and abstractly. The
elements and their energies, when combined, produce a constructive and conceived force with
which the brain finds its power to transmit signals throughout the body.

The brain can absorb these energies to control the body, but when there is a misbalance
between the elements, there will be automatic changes in the functioning of the body.
Meditation helps to equilibrate the function of the elements, and when the brain is more
developed, the good synchronization of the elements will produce more powerful energy than
a supercomputer.

Now imagine that you form part of a congregation with people who are either well-developed
or undergoing development. How amazing will be the effects of the metamorphosis? Today,
great companies are merging to move forward; by bringing their savoir-faire together, they
become more powerful and protected.

This is a concrete example of what can be achieved by coming together. Always be in the
company of those who have more experience than you. This will develop your intelligence, and
you will learn that in life there are no losers, only winners, because when you fall, you will
become more experienced than before.

To master yourself, you need the spirit of discipline from the beginning. Real success will come
when your creative power is awakened. The creative power sometimes refers to the sixth
element or senses, which is a conglomeration of the forces of the five elements of the body.
The process of purification is also indispensable for someone to go forward, which is the
conversion of your actions to become more profitable. Undergoing this process, the abstract
knowledge hiding in you will reveal itself.

Wake up from your artificial sleep and take into consideration your power, your limited
intelligence will develop into an unlimited one, and you will understand its function. Religion
calls it a revelation, spirituality calls it enlightenment; and others call it a genius with well-
developed character strength.

The improvement of your character strength will make you a mature person and an enduring
extension of yourself who cultivates empathy, trust, and tolerance. This creates emotional
security, self-acceptance, and the habits of realistic perception; whenever you face any
problem, you will look at it as a challenge and do your best to solve it.

Your insight and perception will change your behavior and enable you to accept weaknesses
and mistakes as part of life. You will become more conscious, and the unification of your power
will make you aware that every day we are programming to change and get interested in
everything that gives meaning to life, including value orientation.

It will also improve your performance and increase your flexibility and openness to change,
cooperation, and openness. It increases resilience and passion enough to allow you to take risks
that allow you to develop and grow with the highest level of happiness.

The development of internal power will manifest throughout the thought, talents, and
behavior. It brings wisdom and knowledge, courage, humanity, justice, and temperance, like
the strength that protects against excess and has transcendence effects. To wake up your
internal power, you may try the following:

Setting clear and specific goals can give you a sense of direction and purpose. Write down what
you want to achieve and what steps you can take to get there.

Take time to reflect on your strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs. This can help you gain a
better understanding of yourself and what motivates you.

Surround yourself with people who support and encourage you. Positive energy can help you
feel more motivated and inspired.

Cultivate a positive mindset by practicing gratitude, positive self-talk, and mindfulness. Focus
on the good things in your life and avoid negative self-talk.

Take action towards your goals, even if they are small steps. Each step you take will help you
build momentum and increase your motivation.

Take care of your physical, emotional, and mental health. Exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet,
get enough sleep, and take time to relax and recharge.

Remember that waking up your internal power takes time and effort, but with persistence and
dedication, you can achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling life.

STORY OF THE HIKERS

The way is found nowhere

but in the services of man

Six hikers encountered an agitated river while hiking in the forest. They
discovered written on two pieces of wood "The way is found nowhere but in the
services of man". They had no other alternative; they had to cross the river to get
to the other side.

One hiker suggested running and jumping on the rocks to reach the other side.
Another person who is a swimmer proposed floating on their back like a leaf to
get off the other edge. The third hiker had an axe and suggested cutting down
trees to use as a bridge. The fourth hiker stays quiet and does not say anything.
The fifth hiker suggested going into the forest and cutting the vines from trees
and using them as a rope to cross the river.

"Stop for a moment and try to visualize yourself as one of the hikers you have
chosen to be." Then go to the next page.

Pause and imagine yourself as one of the hikers you have chosen. Take a moment
to assess the potential risks involved. Consider the possibility of slipping on the
rocks, being swept away by the river, or even being carried away by the current
by swimming or on the trunk. Keep in mind that the rope used to support the
weight may not be reliable and could break at any moment. It is essential to be
aware of these potential dangers and take the necessary precautions to ensure a
safe and successful hike. Do you have an alternative solution?

The last hiker stepped forward and proposed building a raft using the tree's trunk and vines.
They all agreed and successfully crossed the river safely and with security. The last person used
his creative intelligence and motivation to find the opportunity to go to the other side. He
understood the quotes written on the wood.

Our thinking is built upon the information that we absorb through our faculties and directs us
toward the destination we will choose. All your plans will depend on your thinking, fed by your
desires through your faculties. In this way, you create the world in which you live, even if you
do not notice it. Your thinking can be favorable or unfavorable to you depending on how you
develop it.

Throughout the century, we have seen how humanity has brought forth discoveries and
innovations in every field of life, such as the technology of computers, information technology,
and artificial intelligence, for instance. All this was materialized by the development of the
thinking of human beings. Man has understood how powerful his brain is and that there is an
abstract world within him, but knowing himself is the most important discovery that can be
made when man is in unity with himself.

To understand and change the way you think and what demotivates you and brings disharmony
into your life, the spiritualists call it the purification of the mind. It is not about eliminating what
is useless, but understanding why it is so, and learning the good and the bad of any issues. If
you do not develop your thinking properly and use it reasonably, you will not be able to be in
unity with yourself and others. Perhaps it seems like a long process, but do what you can and
believe in yourself with perseverance.

Our mind can plan and recognize every concept in its disposition. Consequently, he creates the
appropriate thinking from the accumulated notions and observations. Most of us follow this
trend. There is a kind of man who can act differently due to the effects of motivation and his
faculty of creative thinking.

He can also establish a connection with his subconscious mind, from which come intuition,
aspiration, and fundamental ideas. The development of their internal faculties in those who are
well developed helps them communicate with the human subconscious, and they know how to
speak and use appropriate words to create connections.

However, even if you do not have well-developed faculties, you do have an active subconscious.
When two people love each other, the force of attraction is not easy to understand. We all may
have experienced it once in our lifetime; this emotion is activated by strong desires, and the
relationship between the lovers stimulates their subconscious—they have not even known it. If
you manage to use the same method as the lovers in any issue, your action will be fruitful and
creative. Love is a continuous blessing.

To be in unity with yourself, you need the faculties of creative thinking, which will contribute to
your development. This is why it is vital to have the appropriate training and live your life and
not that of other people; otherwise, you will live in a type of virtual world. In your daily life, you
absorb a lot of information through your faculties from what you see, hear, and talk about. This

gradually disconnects you from your reality. You adopt other people’s mindsets and become a
copy of your environment.

It is important to have a point of orientation that will help you walk consciously on your path.
Your first orientation is to learn, and if you have the opportunity to find someone to show you
the way, that’s better, otherwise, there are books, videos, the internet, a congregation, and
meditation that can help. Meditate on everything that you learn.

Neuroscientists believe that the mirror neuron is the most powerful part of our brain, showing
the importance of group communication and being very useful in connecting human beings.
Mirror neurons are like television transmitters and receivers—even when we are not
communicating by words or physically to one another, our brains communicate at a very deep
level. When you join with people of the same passion and desire, the communication channel is
on another level and helps you find your way.

Our desires come from our minds, and they become significant when they take the form of our
actions. In the beginning, you need the desire to motivate yourself with your creative thinking.
If you do not take this first step, it will be very difficult to start. We all have this power to
develop ourselves; it is always there and just needs the right combination.

The transformation of your desires towards unity requires elaboration with the help of
motivation. You do not need to stick to the same plan to succeed; you can change it and find a
suitable one. Maybe by reading the book you have already chosen your plan to begin if you do
not have one. Do not try to plan mentally, write it down and your plan will start to take on a
concrete form! This is your first step; read it loudly if you want, this will help you change the
way you think.

By transforming your thinking, you will change the way you look at yourself and the world, and
you will become aware of the creative power residing in you. It is because you do not know
how powerful you are that you see the development and utility of your thinking as impossible.
To think about it is not enough, you have to build up a strong mental image of what you want
to do. With this desire, your brain will use the energy that it possesses to process the necessary
measures.

In the beginning, it will look difficult, but with the assimilation of the content, progress will
make its way, and it will open the door to comprehension. Through constant absorption, you
will discover that you are changing on your own.

At the heart of every project is a triggered idea that, with motivation, will unite your capacities
and shine like the rays of the sun. By following the principles of motivation, it will not become
difficult to understand yourself. Having the spirit of a fighter and knowing what to do at the
right time and at the right moment will help you build your plan in the present. The most
important part of your mission is to know how to use the knowledge you are accumulating, and

of saying, "I'm never going to be able to do this," try saying, "I may find this challenging, but I
can break it down into smaller steps and make progress."

Focusing on what you are grateful for can help shift your mindset towards a more positive
outlook. Try keeping a gratitude journal and writing down three things you are grateful for each
day.

The people you surround yourself with can have a big impact on your mindset. Seek out
positive and supportive relationships, and try to limit your exposure to negative influences.

Mindfulness practices, such as meditation, can help you become more aware of your thoughts
and emotions and learn to observe them without judgment. This can help you develop greater
self-awareness and control over your thoughts.

Remember that changing the way you think takes time and practice, so be patient with yourself
and stay committed to the process.

THE PLAN
An aspiring entrepreneur named Jack. He had a great business idea and was determined to
make it a reality. However, he was advised to always have a backup plan, just in case things
didn't go as planned. Jack took this advice to heart and spent a lot of time developing a detailed
B plan. He spent so much time on it, in fact, that he became overly attached to it and started
neglecting his A plan.

As time went on, Jack became increasingly indecisive, constantly second-guessing himself and
his original plan. He became so focused on his B plan that he lost sight of his original vision and
failed to take the necessary actions to make it a reality.

In the end, Jack's B plan proved to be a trap, causing him to miss out on opportunities and
ultimately leading to the failure of his business. He learned that having a backup plan is not a
good idea and that the primary plan should be his priority.

The art of planning requires an understanding of the mind. Our brain is the ultimate laboratory
where we can experiment and create our masterpieces. No matter how much knowledge we
have accumulated on the subject of motivation, the key is to unite all our insights and
transform abstract ideas into a concrete plan. To achieve this, we must delve deep into our
inner selves and uncover all the ideas that will guide us toward success.

On our journey towards mastering the plan, we must be at peace with ourselves and eliminate
all forms of distraction that may hinder our progress. Every experience, teaching, and creative
belief of those who have triumphed on this path should be noted and studied, so that we may
learn from their successes and motivate ourselves.

With universal energy as the guide, we can create a plan that is not only infallible but also one
we can execute with confidence. We must harness the power of our brain and let it work in
tandem with our soul to achieve our desired outcome. In the world of planning, the brain holds
the key to our success.

Every day there are new experiences that take birth in your life or your surroundings; observe
and meditate on them. Whatever, you choose to do, it may work properly at first or it may not,
but try again and again and believe you will succeed with a new plan, elaboration, and

Even in our relationship, a plan is needed, like a teacher has for his students. A teacher can
create good relationships with his students by showing respect, listening actively, and creating
a positive classroom environment. This can be achieved by demonstrating interest in students’
lives, giving constructive feedback, and being approachable and available for help.

Today, we should explore new approaches with our students. Conducting a survey can provide
the department with appropriate information about each student. Additionally, this survey can
help the government create a vision and plan for the youth. It is important to note that the
survey paper should differ for different age groups.

consider a range of strategies and interventions. Some individuals may benefit from operant
conditioning techniques, while others may need more personalized approaches that take into

present and change their relationship with them.

of life, and they can serve as valuable learning experiences.

You do not need to step back to jump better; whatever, you have to do, do it now and do not
delay your objective. Tomorrow it may be too late or more difficult; the champion always looks
forward, not backward. A plan without execution is like a ship in the desert. If you fail today, do
not make it permanent; perhaps your plan is missing something or was not well-built. This kind
of certainty is what you need.

Every person who has succeeded in their life has also known temporary failure, but they fought
back with conviction to win. Failure is a blessing in disguise because it is telling you that your
plan is not coherent with your objective or vision. Believe in your inspiration; if you escape;
from it, it means that you are wasting your time in vain.

It is indispensable to write down on a piece of paper or in a notebook everything that motivates


you to go forward; do not let it go! No one can think for you, we can just light the lamp of
motivation, but it’s you who will have to walk the path. A good, intelligent plan will bring
success, and in the moments you find your inspiration, adopt an appropriate line of conduct
towards your plan and make it unshakable.

It is up to you to decide what kind of person you want to be, a world follower or make your
way, be your leader, and lead your destiny. At first, most of us are world followers, and there is
no problem with that, but what happens when you have to follow others’ philosophies?
Initially, we all follow others’ certain ways of life, but become an intelligent follower and try to
acquire the qualities of a leader and not those of a follower.

Be ready to give, in exchange for receiving, and if you want to lead your life, have insight into
and knowledge of yourself—know your weaknesses and your strengths. I told you at the
beginning that we are all followers, and to become your leader, it is crucial to tame your mind.

Make silence and patience your companions. Through this method, your inspiration will reveal
what is inside you, and your knowledge of motivation will shine through. You will become your
own judge, and you will be honest in your decision. If you do not respect yourself, then who will
respect you? Do not hesitate to take difficult decisions even in hard times; you are your own
master, and your plan will reflect your personal qualities.

Do not walk on the path of life blindly, or else it will be like a plane without a pilot. If you want
to succeed, do not look at remuneration but rather at the experiences that you will acquire that
will become your precious treasure.

the way that you will learn to manage the risk of your task.

Without risk, there is not and cannot be any reward; it is the key to success. It will help you

you can manage the situation, the fear of falling will gradually fade away, and when you are
feeding yourself motivating knowledge, this will considerably increase your power.

You think that you have a limit; it is not true. You can go beyond the limit by firmly believing, in
that way, the universal power will become your guide and the abstract knowledge within will
become as clear as sunlight. Human beings have a big problem, they want to be honored and
have recognition for their progress instantaneously. They have created an illusory personality,
which is very dangerous. Their ego takes this form and guides them blindly.

Hence, they go from unity to disharmony and disconnect from their reality. All the experience
they have acquired falls like the splitting of a drop of mercury and dispersing. It is a matter that
should be seriously taken into consideration. This is why it is very important to cultivate the
habit of giving without expecting to be paid back. Great emperors lost their kingdoms when
they were at the summit. They thought that they had become gods; their motivation to succeed
made them think they could do what they wanted.

With a coherent plan, motivation will push you forward, not backward. Your destiny is not a
matter of chance but of choice. To desire is not enough; go until the end of your plan.

While you are upgrading your plan, think about what has prevented you from succeeding. It

no desire to pay the price, bad counseling or instruction that was ineffective, auto-discipline,
not taking care of yourself such as your health, a bad influence during childhood, delaying a
cause before you start, missing perseverance, negative thoughts, not using your social

These are some of the ingredients in our failure.

Some use religion, a mentor, meditation, or friends to help them get out of this kind of
situation, but unfortunately, some just let it be. Those who want to know themselves will do
what they can to get rid of these demotivating characteristics. The day you start to discover
your weaknesses, your way of life will start to change, you will evolve differently, and you will
know your power. A continuous plan is indispensable to carry on. At some point in your life,
revalue your capacity. This will help you know where you were then and where you are now.

We all have a vision, and to realize it, we should motivate ourselves. But it may happen that
when success comes, we get into the habit of losing control, becoming abusive or greedy, and
trying to avoid following our plan, which can bring us back to the beginning.

You must talk to yourself from time to time, asking yourself things like, Am I where I wanted to
be? Could I have done better? Am I in harmony with myself and others? Has my character
changed? Have I taken the right decision at the right time? Where was I negligent? Have I
wasted my energy on useless pursuits? Am I tolerant and open-minded, or am I still an egoist?
Did I pay respect to myself and others? Have I dealt with my time properly? Have I complied
with my plan?"

Take a piece of paper and write about your strengths, where you have succeeded or not, and
where you have stopped when success was near.

Your plan for success will have to change occasionally while you are accumulating new
experiences on your path. No one becomes an expert in any field from scratch. It requires time
and experience. It is imperative to know that all you are doing is trying to motivate you to unite
with yourself; it is not only for you but also for others. The souls of human beings are
connected; your output has an effect and influences others. We can’t change people, but we
can influence them to change, it is an invisible invitation.

Building a successful plan involves several steps. Before starting, it's essential to know what you
want to achieve. Define your objective clearly and precisely. It's essential to know what you
want to achieve because that will help you stay focused and motivated. Identify the resources
you need to achieve it. It could be people, money, equipment, or any other resource. Make a
list of all the resources you need and estimate how much of each you will require.

and shouting. He felt a sense of pride and gratitude wash over him. The call of victory echoed in
his heart, a feeling he would never forget. It was a moment of pure joy, and he knew that he
had given his all to achieve it. From that day on, he wore the title of champion with honor,
knowing that every step of his journey had led to this incredible moment.

When the call of victory comes to you, do not let it go. Respond with perseverance and love,
only you will know the taste of the fruit that you will get. Your determination to move forward

Even if the road seems too long and tiring, as long as these two supports are with you, no one
will stop you; this is your safety vehicle.

into a victory. It is not because someone has failed before you that it implies you will
experience failure in similar circumstances. Break this mirror of illusion—you are different, and

When I started to write and publish for the first time in a newspaper with photographs. It was
accepted, which was very encouraging, and I was simultaneously following a course of writing
with the Writers Bureau in England. Later on, I was with another local newspaper, but I was not
well paid, so I left. This was my first mistake; I was looking for money instead of experience.
Maybe there was another opportunity waiting for me ahead, but I lost it. A few months later, I
started a business, which was very demanding, and I also failed there.

One day, I started to think about my failure, and I realized that I fell because I did not have a
good plan and a good financial education—I worked for money, not for experience, and I was
not determined to go until the end of the road. The same thing could have happened when I
was on my way to publishing my first book in the United States with RoseDog Books.

I thought about who would read my book, and I was always unlucky in everything, referring to
my business failure. Even though, I was not sure to go forward with the publication. Later on, I
realized why I did not want to share my knowledge, even though I had learned a lot from the
world and it would be a good experience as well. This encourages me to publish my first book.

Every project that you will do or publish will be very demanding and will take the time needed,
this is why you should always be motivated, have good preparation, and be one with yourself.
You fail when you abandon the field, you can lose a fight, but what is important is that you do
not lose the war.

Fight back and believe in yourself with a good plan and motivation; victory will follow. If I had
not taken the commitment to continue to write and publish my first book, and perfect my
research, maybe I would not have been able to raise my pen and write again.

tempered, not having a good plan, being negligent, making hopeless choices, and being afraid
of critics. All these will block your way to success.

Other excuses may disturb you on your path by making you think, will I succeed? Who am I to
believe it will work? If I fail, what next? People will think I am mad. If you let these excuses
haunt you, it will become very difficult to find your way—you become what you continue to do
as a routine. We may have a good ambition, but without a precise plan, it will not become a
reality; treasures do not fall from the sky, we have to find them.

To develop perseverance, you need to change the way you look at everything. Become a
responsible person and know what you want with a good plan that leaves aside external
influences. Transformation comes step by step from a baby to an adult; everything follows a
course of evolution.

Man has an internal power that is not visible with the eyes. When you are transforming, this
power manifests itself, helps you find the solution to your dilemma, and develops your
intelligence. The call of victory can come in different forms depending on the context. However,
here are some general tips on how to ensure that you hear the call of victory:

Human beings sometimes forget that they are their own masters and can master their own

When I was young, I looked at life as a buying and selling market. When I changed my point of
view, this helped me to see life as a sharing field, and I stopped focusing on being rewarded or
paid back. I considered myself part of a whole and happy where I was, ready to learn and
increase my knowledge. This boosts my experience and helps me unite with myself. When I

technique. I, myself, began at the bottom of the ladder in life, and this helped me awaken the
great vision that I have but that sleeps inside of me. If I tell you how many times I failed in my
life, you will not believe it. All these were blessings in disguise. This helped me grow stronger
and more prolific with experience. Learning is a never-ending quest.

If I did it, why would you not be able to do it? The path is not written; you have to write it and

you may think is your real identity, also called the ego, and has a powerful influence on men.
Most of the time, man is under the control of his mind through his ego; instead, he should
control it.

It is you who feed it with the way you think and the way of life you choose. By changing the way
you think and your way of life, you will gain control over yourself. Some people select religion,
spirituality, or meditation, or they just change the way they live.

The way you engage yourself in your life, the result will be the same. Changes will come when
you accept and start to say, "I do not know; I have to learn from my ignorance." Many people
have fallen in their lives by using their reasoning out of ignorance and cannot see beyond the
horizon because they have jailed themselves with their own thinking.

noticed Bilall's fear and took pity on him. He took Bilall under his wing and taught him how to

emotion, anxiety, non-open-mindedness, or other factors associated with it? Fifth, how can you
deal with your fear? It can become an opportunity to learn from your weakness and look at it as
a blessing in disguise.

There are known common fears like poverty, criticism, illness, losing the love of someone,
becoming old, death, discovering your personality, darkness, fear of facing the truth, and other
psychological issues. Men, by the way they think, sometimes create a shield of protection and
hide behind it, which unfortunately can determine their destiny.

want. You do not realize that you also have the potential to succeed. Believe with faith that you

The pandemic of COVID-19 has become the fear of the current century. The world has been
upset and restless and has looked at it as an apocalypse. When the vaccines against COVID-19
appeared, this appeased the fear a little bit, but we do not know what will be their real effects
later on. The pandemic has put forward all types of fear in human beings, but it is a state of
mind that can be managed and used as an opportunity to learn to do a lot with fewer
resources. The best remedy to it is to immunize your brain from the fear of any pandemic. It is
not the end of the world; humanity has survived many pandemics in the past, and man has
always found a way to heal himself.

Believers of high power believe that life and death are predetermined and there is nothing we
can do except pray for the souls of those who have passed away from the virus. One of the
biggest fears during the pandemic was poverty; people lost their jobs and businesses as well as
being paralyzed. It was catastrophic; accepting this situation and facing the truth needed
considerable courage. The fear of poverty is an inborn tendency of man.

Fear can become your companion if you understand it and use it as a vehicle to move on.
Everything begins with thinking. There is no compromise between fear and courage; however,
the combination of both makes you a challenger, and this will help you face any situation. Your

I transformed from being afraid of drowning in the sea to becoming a free diver. My motivation
to conquer my fear and unite with the water element led me to this achievement. I used two
quotes as motivation. Fear will teach me new things. We are afraid simply because of our lack
of knowledge. I viewed death as the outcome, the greatest culmination of my life and
existence.

whether good or bad. In the middle way, you will see that the affliction is not a curse but a
grace to compel you to react, move forward, and reprogram your thinking; it is like a mode of
purification. With the benefit of this kind of experience, you will get an understanding of any
situation, which you will later be able to use to help yourself or someone else.

Walking in the middle way will help to develop assertiveness. Which is the personal behavior
skill that allows you to express and defend your views, thoughts, and feelings appropriately and
in a timely manner without violating or denying the rights of others. With assertiveness, you
will know how to correctly express both positive and negative feelings and have the ability to
know how to say "No", as well as to learn to accept mistakes without damaging self-esteem.

When you start saying ‘NO’, I want to live my life as I want, liberate myself, and find my
freedom, the NO will react like a firewall to protect and block unauthorized access. "No" is an
ordinary way to give a negative response, but it is also an antidote against negative thinking, as
in the idiom diamond cut diamond. Whatever, the situation you may find along the way, say
NO! I can change this condition to my advantage. "No" is a barrier by which you establish and

exploitation of the bad psychological effects.

It will help you to keep the focus on your goal, be open-minded, have the strength to change
the course of action, and create self-confidence. "No" makes you live in the present with

It is one of your hidden powers, and you can have control over your emotions.

At the beginning, when you start, you may lose confidence. Most of the time, human beings
always want quick success, and when it is delayed, they see it as boring. Say NO I want to
continue, when you get discouraged, depressed, or try to change your attitude. You have
already chosen to reprogram yourself, be patient. You do not need to bounce back to jump
better; do what you have to do now! Do not delay your objective.

The key to unlocking a new world is the word "no". Reprogram your mind, release lingering
difficulties, and become resilient, productive, and supportive. Changing your daily routine can
bring a sense of freedom. Have the courage to say "no", stop all distractions, close your eyes,
focus on the darkness, and connect with universal energy. This puts your mind into sleep mode.

Your mind has known only two kinds of knowledge, whether good or bad, and it does not have
the capacity to go beyond this. It is you who has to provide it with the knowledge of the middle
way, and the external actualization of your thinking will be different. The middle way is a path
to walk that is very different from your normal understanding, as in life we have the habit of
doing things in either a good or bad way.

The middle way is the first step for a man to understand himself and the actions of his Lord; it is
also a way to understand what perfection is.

The plan of God cannot change, but your destiny can. When you walk in the middle way,
everything will change instantly, and you will align with yourself. Your actions will be divine; you
will become a generous person full of compassion.

The education of the middle way is learned in the school of life with discernment and
experience, but everyone has a degree of comprehension. In the middle, you will not judge
anyone or yourself, but you will try to understand and learn from the reactions and behaviors
of men. Wisdom is acquired through learning and experience. When you walk in the middle
way, you will experience internal peace and happiness, including affective states such as being
peaceful, calm, and quiet.

Walking between right and wrong can be challenging, but there are a few strategies that can
help guide your decision-making process:

THE UNIVERSAL ENERGY
Once upon a time, there was a wise sage who lived in a small village. The villagers would often
come to him for advice and wisdom, and he would always share his knowledge with them. One
day, a young man approached the sage, asking him to explain the concept of universal energy.

The sage smiled and took the young man to a nearby field, where he picked up a small pebble
and placed it on the ground. "This pebble," said the sage, "represents all of the energy in the
universe." The young man looked at the pebble skeptically and asked, "How can one small
pebble represent all of the energy in the universe?"

The sage replied, "The energy in the universe is not just confined to the pebble, it's everywhere.
It's in the wind, the water, the trees, and everything else. It's a never-ending flow, always
moving and changing form."

The young man nodded, understanding the sage's explanation. The sage then took a stick and
drew a line in the dirt, dividing the field into two halves. "Just like the energy in the universe,"
he said, "the energy in this field is divided and flows in different directions, but it's all
connected and part of the same whole."

The young man looked out at the field and could feel the energy all around him. He realized
that the universal energy was not something that could be seen or touched, but it was always
present and accessible to those who were open to it.

The sage then placed the pebble back on the ground and told the young man, "The energy in
the universe is like the pebble; it may seem small and insignificant, but it has the power to
create and transform the world. You just have to have faith in its existence and allow it to flow
through you."

The young man thanked the sage for his wisdom and left the field, feeling a new sense of
understanding and connection to the universal energy. He went on to live a life filled with love,
peace, and prosperity, always guided by universal energy.

Let’s give recognition to the one whom religion has called by various names; usually, you call
him God, and some call it the universal energy. The one who gives inspiration in your life to
move forward and never stops motivating you to unite with your reality! Generally, we are too
busy with our illusionary personalities that we have forgotten this and seek inspiration outside
ourselves instead of within ourselves, but it is never too late to return to the source.

Connecting with the universal energy can help you recognize your mistakes, weaknesses, and
areas of ignorance. This connection can aid in contemplating the root causes of these issues
and expanding your experiences. Additionally, it can assist in living in the present moment,
performing your tasks with excellence, and feeling connected to your actions. Focusing on this
connection can occupy your mind and alleviate concerns about other matters, leading to
greater coherence in your achievements.

When you live in the present, it will be easy to put away every disturbing thought, and you will
recognize and be conscious of the stumbling blocks that are in your way. You will learn from it
instead of being annoyed and disturbed by it. By experience, all that you will see as obstacles
will become a source of knowledge, and you will learn the lesson behind the disturbing subject.

Keep in mind that today is real and the past is not. Worrying, being angry, or wanting revenge
will not help. Your present time is precious, do not let it go. Even if the future is not significant,
it is not real, and it is far away, focusing on what you are doing in the present will help you take
immediate action willingly. Learning to live in the present may be difficult, but it will not let
your mind jump like a monkey from branch to branch. That's from thinking to thinking. Every
moment is unique; meditate on the experience you are acquiring, maybe it will not come again,
enjoy it.

To live in the present is to be conscious of every breath that you take, meaning to be conscious
of what you are doing, keep the focus on the action, and do it in the best way possible. Your
actions will make you appreciate what you're doing and strive to always do your best for
yourself. Your thought, sculpted by your breath, gives form to your action. Be able to live in and
fully appreciate the present, not always looking back to the past or forward to the future.

When you live in the present, you will feel the happiness of the present moment. Whatever you
accomplish, you will get the experience; you will feel the pleasure and satisfaction of your
achievement. This will become a source of great satisfaction for you.

Some believers of God consider everything that they do as a divine action to please the Lord
and do not expect anything back. This is another kind of gratification. Their works and actions
are like prayers for them; they give them an optimal level of stimulation and provide services to
humanity. This helps you be conscious of your actions. They consider that when you are helping
someone, this establishes direct contact between the soul and you.

The divine energy coming from the source of life is the best booster that has ever been
manifested; it will awaken your power and strength. This divine energy will make your actions
productive, creative, and motivating when you connect with it.

Motivation finds its source in it, and unity brings the union of your capacities and possibilities
and helps you focus on your destiny.

In meditation, forgiveness and living in the present go hand in hand. Meditation contributes
enormously to a person's self-growth. It can reveal what is hidden, and it helps to understand
the mind. Furthermore, it improves your faculties for listening, viewing, and talking. These skills
are essential to dealing with your environment, so spend your time generously finding ways to
improve.

With meditation, you will become constantly present with yourself, calm, have self-control, and
be actively alert and attentive to other people. It helps to build patience with perseverance and
makes you a good communicator and develops compassion and fraternity and empathy and

humility. Meditation is the best way to increase your focus and help you understand what is
distracting you.

The silence of the mind aids in observing your thinking, feelings, and emotions and is a way to
motivate you to unite with your potential, creativity, and imagination. Your life will have
meaning; you are at your best when you dedicate time to something greater than yourself. To
live constantly with consciousness in the presence of the universal energy, meditation is one of
the ways that will help to connect with him.

INNER CONFLICT
A woman named Maya had always been driven and ambitious. She had a successful career, a
beautiful home, and a loving family. On the outside, she appeared to have everything together,
but inside, she was struggling with an internal conflict that had been brewing for years.

Maya had always been taught to strive for success and work hard to achieve her goals.
However, as she got older, she started to feel like there was something missing in her life. She
felt like she was constantly chasing after external achievements without ever stopping to
consider what she really wanted or what would truly make her happy.

At night, when she was alone with her thoughts, Maya would often find herself wrestling with
these conflicting feelings. Part of her wanted to keep pushing herself to succeed, climb the
corporate ladder, and accumulate more wealth and status. However, another part of her
yearned for something different—a simpler, more meaningful life that was focused on
relationships and personal growth.

These conflicting desires weighed heavily on Maya’s mind, causing her to feel anxious and

Internal choice conflict, also known as inner conflict, is a psychological phenomenon that occurs

options, each of which has both positive and negative aspects. In other words, the individual
experiences conflicting desires or needs that make it difficult to make a decision.

Finding peace within yourself can develop humility and give you a sense of well-being. When
faced with negativity, some believers turn to their faith, viewing their struggles as a blessing
from God. They believe that these challenges serve as a means for the Lord to purify their
hearts of worldly desires.

It's important to take note of the people around you and be mindful of toxic relationships.
These kinds of relationships can exacerbate inner conflict and are not productive. It's often
better to remove yourself from such relationships to maintain a sense of peace and well-

Believe in yourself and your capabilities. You possess a deep well of intelligence and happiness
within you, waiting to be assigned. Take time to meditate and listen to your inner voice. Reflect
on the positive and negative aspects of any internal conflicts you may be experiencing, as this
can provide valuable perspective. Consider jotting down your thoughts on paper for clarity.
Remember, you have the power to bring forth your inner happiness and overcome any
obstacles.

You need to step outside of your comfort zone and strive for meaningful accomplishments,
even in unfamiliar circumstances. In contemporary times, some women experience an internal
struggle when trying to balance motherhood and a career, but they have learned to navigate
this challenge. Juggling multiple roles can be demanding at times.

As the world has evolved, inner conflicts have taken on various forms. In medieval times and
even after, parents held tight control over their children. However, today's landscape is
different; in certain families, this dynamic can cause inner turmoil. Children find themselves in
conflict not only with their parents' decisions but also with societal and religious expectations.
The root cause of these issues may be the imposition of family values or the methods used to
handle the resulting internal conflicts.

Another issue is that if parents continue to shelter their children for too long, it may hinder
their development of independence. Without sufficient opportunities to interact with others, a
child may become isolated and disconnected from the world around them. This can lead to
inner conflict when trying to socialize with others later on. On the other hand, individuals who

women who have gone through such a situation to heal and move on.

However, some divorced women in similar circumstances have chosen to handle the situation
differently by developing their resilience. They began by focusing on building their character
strengths and learning to rely on themselves. Some of them have even chosen to get remarried,
which may or may not be a perfect solution to inner conflict. It is possible to develop the
resilience to handle difficult situations and move forward.

Today, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a valuable partner that can provide assistance in
our daily lives. However, the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI) has both advantages
and disadvantages for humans. One potential disadvantage is the internal conflict that can arise
as a result of AI's impact on our lives.

AI can perform certain tasks faster and more accurately than humans, resulting in greater
productivity and efficiency. Improved decision-making: AI algorithms can process large amounts
of data and provide insights that humans may not be able to see, resulting in better decision-
making. AI can be used to generate new ideas and solutions, providing a boost to human
creativity.

As AI takes over certain tasks, it can lead to job displacement and potentially higher
unemployment rates. As AI becomes more advanced, it may become more difficult for humans
to control or understand how it makes decisions, leading to feelings of loss of control. As AI
becomes more integrated into our lives, there may be ethical concerns around issues such as
privacy, security, and bias. As more tasks are automated, humans may become more isolated
from one another, leading to a breakdown in social connections and community.

Inner conflict is neither a mistake nor a weakness but rather a natural part of the human
experience. By acknowledging and addressing our inner conflicts, we can find the necessary

revolutionary mentality and an openness to learning.

Changing our mindset is a crucial element in the process of resolving conflicts, both internal and
external. This involves updating our ideas and methods and being willing to explore new

The middle way, as explained above, is a good resolution for inner conflict, you will become
someone neutral and able to solve your problem. You will not seek an outside viewpoint to

SYSTEM

M [Morning] AND SYSTEM N [Night]


System M and System N are the methods that I have used to motivate myself and find time in
my life. I have built up this method progressively, day after day, until I have successfully
concretized it. Some of my friends told me that they could not find time for themselves and
were always occupied with their daily lives, feeling tired and unmotivated. I made videos on the
subject and sent them along with an explanation of how to use the systems, and they have
effectively helped my friends and other people.

Most of the time, when you feel busy and disturbed, you will see that time is running out and
find it difficult to free yourself. It may also happen after you have started a project or are doing
physical exercise, prayer, or meditation that you do not have the same desire to continue doing
it. The reason is very simple. When you started at the beginning, you did it only to satisfy your
desires or curiosity and with expectation, instead of love and motivation. When you do not get
the results you are expecting, it is followed by discouragement and disappointment.

The mind records voluntary or involuntary information about what you read, hear, see, and
experience through the senses of the body in various ways. The mind will work with and project
this information from within. You should not forget that the mind can project whatever it
wants. This is why you should learn to reprogram yourself; your projections will be different,
and you will see things in a new mode.

The mind has its own program to process the way you think and feed yourself with the
incoming information, and the output will be likewise. By reprogramming your mind, the
output will be different, it is as if you are formatting a hard disk and creating free space to put
what is productive, creative, and motivating.

Not having time does not only mean you do not have the time to entertain yourself or do
physical exercises. When you say you do not have time, you are hypnotizing your brain in such a
way that you are unable to realize and discover your potential, capabilities, and vision. Do not
waste too much of your time on social media or with useless talk or thinking. You have your
program to meditate and discover, it is an essential part of your well-being.

Start by saying NO. I refuse to live my life according to anyone else's expectations. I am
determined to liberate myself and find true freedom. Although NO is typically associated with a
negative response, it can also serve as an antidote against negative thinking. It's like the
expression "diamond cut diamond"—the power of NO can sever negativity like a sharp
diamond.

By using NO as a firewall, you will protect yourself and block any unauthorized access to your
life and decisions.

You should firmly believe and have faith in what you are going to do; do not say, I will see if it
will work or I will test the system. Just do what you have to do. This is the start of a new
program that you are going to install in your brain. It will work properly if you do it with
confidence and the desire to learn. You also want to help yourself. No one can help you if you
want to avoid helping.

System M [morning] and N [night] are easy to use; they are helpful, and simple. In the morning,
before you get out of bed, close your eyes or open them as you like to, and breathe in and out
slowly, like diaphragmatic breathing. Do not think of anything; empty yourself. Concentrate on
your breath and feel it on your chest, abdomen, and head. You can do it for five minutes or
more as you like, or you can do other kinds of meditation that you already know. It will be very
helpful to focus on something and use it as a point of orientation. You may think of a place of
prayer, a beautiful place that you like, or simply a point.

Then turn your hands and feet nineteen times to the right, and then slowly to the left together.
You can do other physical exercises. After that, you will talk to yourself with an open mouth and
say, "I am my own master or teacher, and I am also a learner. Today I am going to the world to
teach and learn". It means that everything you are going to say today will be considered as a
form of teaching, and everything others will say to you will be the same. In this way, you will be
careful with your words and actions and create a good environment around you. There are
plenty of things that you can learn every day, but be careful to leave all that is useless and take
what is good for you.

You do not need to talk like a priest or messenger; just talk normally, laugh, smile, or be
friendly. When you make others happy, you are sharing your happiness, which has a positive
effect on you. Be helpful, this will create good relationships, but do not let others abuse you. If
you live your life as usual, you will see that your level of consciousness and understanding will
develop differently.

Then continue to talk to yourself with visualization, saying you are powerful, strong, intelligent,
happy, and rich with a hidden treasure inside, and you believe in yourself with conviction.
These words will make your brain release dopamine, which will reinforce your focus. Dopamine
is involved in neurological and psychological functions and is an important chemical messenger,
it’s a contributing factor in motor function, mood, and even in decision-making, alertness,
motivation, and happiness.

On any project you are working on, try to imagine a plan for how it can be concretized or
improved. Taking part in an examination means that you have already passed it. Imagine you
have already lost some weight and picture the body you want to have if you are on a slim
program, certainly in a reasonable way. If you are ill, think that you are healing progressively.

After that, say to yourself, "The good and bad that are going to happen to me today come from
me, and I am ready to learn from my weaknesses and mistakes." Sometimes we have the
weakness of blaming others for our failures; stop doing this! Accept your actual state of affairs,
and this will develop humility.

Finally, tell yourself that what you're doing is for you, which means that everyone is responsible
for his own actions and the reward and satisfaction will be yours. Your determination to change
will have positive effects on your family, relatives, friends, and environment in the coming days.

Do the same steps as in the morning before going to bed, but skip the physical exercises.
Additionally, consult yourself on what you have learned on the day and how you can improve
and learn from your mistakes and weaknesses. Be thankful for everything that happens today
and that you have learned, acquired, and have the opportunity to share and give. This creates a
relationship between you and the universal energy.

When you are thankful, you will find joy and happiness in your action. According to
neuroscientists, our body secretes hormones, which are chemical messengers also known as
the "feel good" hormones. Dopamine released in our bloodstream instantly elevates our moods
and makes us feel happier, and another hormone, serotonin, helps us to sleep, digest, learn,
and keep a good appetite.

Before you go to sleep, remind yourself that your learning will continue even while you are
asleep. Your brain never truly stops working. Everything you expose will be processed and used
to your advantage. The system has worked for others, there is no reason it can't work for you as
well. So go ahead and give it a try! Remember, you have nothing to lose. Words are powerful
tools that you can use to uplift your energy and improve your life; conscious words have a
different effect than unconscious ones.

realizing it, discipline and responsibility greatly aided this effort. Each of the points laid out in
