ALP DESCRIPTIONS I01

UNIT 1
· Students make a ppt of a run-down house. In
pairs/groups, they describe the place and make
suggestions on how to improve it.
UNIT 2
· Students make a timeline of their plans and
predictions for the future. Alternately, they ask and
answer questions about it using future forms and
modals of future possibility.
UNIT 3
· In groups, students role-play a TV news show.
They should present, at least, two pieces of news
trying to use the unit’s vocabulary and grammar
when possible.
Rules:
· The project should NOT include text, only key information.
· The project should be spontaneous and NOT be read.
· Students will have 5 mins to practice before the project is presented.
· Once the presentations begin, students should remain quiet and listen
as their partners present.
· MINIMUM TIME per participant: 2 minutes
· MAXIMUM TIME per participant: 5 minutes
· Speakers should keep their cameras on throughout the presentation.
