This document outlines the rules for a "Whitout Cash Cup" tournament in Metal Slug Attack using only units obtained from extra operations. The tournament will have group stage duels between 4 players based on a point system, with the top 2 in each group advancing. Following this will be elimination rounds, 3rd place match, and final. Duel decks will be restricted based on event units or army. Players will take turns choosing deck types with the first battle requiring metal slug support. Recording and broadcasting of matches is required.

Art 1: Only units obtained in extra ops can be used.
Art 2: Duels will be single player. Art 3: Item A: The duels in the first instance will be in the phase of groups of 4 players, in a modality by points. Item B: The points to be awarded in each duel of the group stage is as follows: * 3pts to the winner * 1pt if there is a tie * 0pts to loser. Item C: The first 2 of each group will go to the next instance which will be per elimination round. This will continue until the final is reached. There will be a battle for 3rd and 4th place. Art 4: Item A: Duels will be held according to the following decks United Front extra ops units: corresponds to the use of units of said event only. The support to use is freely chosen. Try Line extra ops units: previous ídem Snach Wars estra ops units: previous ídem. Units belonging to the same army: corresponds to the use of units belonging to a specific army. A single army may be chosen from among the five existing ones. The support to use is of free choice. Use of the fire support: corresponds to the use of the fire support only. The use of units is of free choice. Use of the recovery support: corresponds to the use of the recovery support only. The use of units is freely chosen. Use of the metal slug support: corresponds to the use of the metal slug support only. The use of units is of free choice. Item B: The choice of a certain type of deck forces the player who chooses it as the opponent to use it. Art 5: It is prohibited to repeat units in the different battles of the same duel. Art 6: The best of 4 battles will be done in the group stage round, in the same duel. Then in the knockout phase they will be the best of 5 battles. The final and the fight for 3rd place will be the best of 7 battles. Art 7: The first battle will be, necessarily, with metal slug support. Then the loser of the first battle will choose the deck he wants, according to Art. 4. In the next battle the deck will be chosen by the other player, the one who won the first round and so they will take turns successively. Art 8: It is mandatory that at least one of the contestants record or broadcast live. They must be uploaded to the Torneso MSA Facebook group.
