WITH CONFIRMATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, REMEDIOS BAGUE, of legal, Filipino, widow and a resident

of Brgy. Camvertudes, Alangalang, Leyte, is one of the mortgagee in
two(2) parcels of land being mortgaged executed in favor by PEDRO
ALANGAN now deceased, is the mortgagor, in a Mortgage in the amount
of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (₱5,000.00) Philippine currency;

That, I hereby confirm and affirm that sometime on December 21,

1986 I had received the full amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(₱5,000.00) Philippine currency, from MR. and MRS. CIRILO D.
LEONIDO, surviving heirs of the Mortgagor, the said indebtedness,
together with any accrued interest, does hereby forever RELEASED and
DISCHARGED over a two parcels of land designated as Lot 2059 with
an area of 8,026 embraced by OCT No. 30358 and Lot 3407 with an
area of 8,785 embraced by OCT No. 30744 both situated at Brgy.
Astorga, Alangalang, Leyte.
