Academic Hospital is a hospital that is continuously carrying out education, research and service and is
used for the learning process and non-medical personnel required by medical hospital. The concept of
UGM Academic Hospital is a General Hospital which was built on a total area of 44,637 sqm, with a
capacity approximately for 100 beds with a clinic for 12 specialist, and diagnostic support tools to
support the international-class service. And for the next stage, it will be developed with sub-specialist
services and the addition of beds according to the needs.

The scope of services provided by BITA including Preparation of Master plan, Conceptual Design,
Preparation of Preliminary Design, Preparation of Development Design, Preparation of Detail Design,
Tender Preparation, Assisting during Tender Process and conduct Periodical Supervision during
Construction Phase

DEVELOPMENT OF CIATER UNIVERSITY
Lembang, Bandung, West Java
PT Cowell Development, Tbk has prepared ± 40 Ha of land
at Ciater at Subang, West Java adjacent to the Ciater
Highland Resort.

The construction will be commenced with phasing from


phase 1 (year 2017 and 2018) until phase 5 (year 2026).
BITA has been appointed as infrastructure consultant to
provide preliminary up to detail design in 2015 - 2016.

The scope of work is limited to the Phase 1 Infrastructure,


which is proposed in slightly different approach from the
Masterplan phases, due to workability and efficiency of the
construction cost.

For this assignment coordination with several other


consultant need to be carried out including with a Boston
based consultant/master planner, SASAKI Consultant.

universities in Indonesia, plans to build a new campus in
Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. BITA is trusted to
developed the Master Plan and Site Plan of Muhammadiyah
University in East Kalimantan with an approach that
provides 'maximum flexibility' in use and provides room for
future development through 'adaptable' building designs.

The 145 ha area is designed with


a sustainable approach, designed
to accommodate ± 1,500
students. Including in BITA's work
are to provide development
program, structure plans,
circulation and green area plan,
site plan, and infrastructure
provisions.

Indonesian Capital City area of 256

geotechnical work, drainage, water,
waste water, solid waste, electrical, and
telecommunication ICT. The
