Dear Ma’am

We would like to inform your good office about our intention to accept the different
Unserviceable Properties and other Disposal Assets of your Agency. This unserviceable
equipment specifically those electronics devices can still be a big use to our school
since we could use them to train our students specifically from the Qualification/Course
of Electronics and Products Assembly and Servicing NCII, Computer System Servicing
NCII. Part of the training of our students is to diagnose and troubleshoot different
defective electronics devices and your equipment are best devices for this particular
competency.

While the office equipment like the tables, chairs, cabinets included in the list of your
disposal can also be use in our classroom and office in addition to what we have since
we are still using monobloc type office chairs. We have trainees who are capable of
repairing damage furniture and fixtures that is why we intend to ask for your property
transfer.

While your service vehicle will be a big help to the entire school since we facilitate
community base training, we need a vehicle to transfer some of the equipment tools and
other materials and consumables needed to conduct different qualification/course we
offer, for us to reach as far as the most isolated areas of Pampanga were families who
belong to the Indigenous people are situated. It can also use as model car in our
Automotive Servicing NCII qualification as per identification of the difference between
model car and old car engines and parts. We can also use it to transport our Trainees to
their designated Companies assign for an Industry Training, which is part of our Dual
Training System to enhance their acquired skills from School base to Industry Base
Training.

We are hoping that our office will be given the chance again to receive your Agency’s
Unserviceable Properties and other Disposal Assets because it would really benefit not
only our office but also our trainees who comes in the different areas of Pampanga.
Thank you very much and more power.

Sincerely yours,

ALVIN G. SAGUM Ed. D.
