Rules and Regulations on the Student Seminar

1. Objectives
1.1. Students from each member university will have the opportunity to share and
exchange their experiences among each other.
1.2. Students from each member university will have more opportunity to closely learn
and know each other.

2. Number of Participants
The total number of students to participate in the seminar activity is limited to 5 students
and 1-2 advisors.

3. Documentation Management and Theme of the Student’s Seminar


3.1. Student delegates from each participating university have to submit their paper
manuscripts and electronic file to the host university. The paper manuscript must be
prepared that will be conformed to the format specified by the host university. The
manuscript should compose of the following items.
● Title

● Author, Affiliation, e-mail

● Abstract and Keyword

● Introduction

● Content : Method, result and discussion

● Conclusion

● Reference
3.2. The paper manuscript and electronic file should be submitted to the host university at
least one month prior to the conference day of IMT-GT Varsity Carnival Seminar
Activity, at which host university will have enough time to arrange all papers into
proceeding.

4. Conference Days
The conference days shall compose of procedures and items as the following.
● Each university will have time of presentation for 10 minutes plus Q&A for
maximum 10 minutes
● English is a medium language used for the IMT-GT Varsity Carnival Seminar
Activity.
