The way of life has altered in the modern era. Visiting to crowded

marketplaces are time-consuming and uncomfortable for most people. Consequently,

the fact that online shopping saves so much time makes it a blessing. Online shopping is

a process where clients go straight to a seller's website to buy products or services.

Customers can browse online shops while sat in front of their devices or while lounging

in their homes. Online shops are often open 24 hours a day to receive orders, and many

customers have access to the internet both at work and at home. The BSBA students

from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation Catanauan Inc. Catanauan,Quezon

served as the studies respondents which experienced online shopping. The acquired

information was tallied, examined, and explained utilizing percentages, Likert scales,

weighted means, and ANOVA are examples of statistics. To produce a solid study

outcome, the descriptive approach was applied. The study's findings showed that

women make up the majority of student respondents, with 26 responses, or 56% of the

total, with the majority of respondents being between the ages of 19 and 21 (40

responses, or 80% of the total). Fashion and beauty products make up the majority of

what people purchase online, with 30 responses, or 3% of the total. To sum up the

reasons people prefer online shopping, the study found that: Convenience 3.37

(Strongly agree) Presentation of the product 2.59(Agree), Safety 2.66 (Agree), and

Satisfaction 2.61 (Agree) Quality of the e-commerce website 2.60 (Agree). Shopee, one

of the many online shopping platforms, received the biggest percentage of users (32%),

while the least popular platforms were those used by eBay, Globe, BeautyMNL,

Instagram, and Bonchok Book Store, which received a 1% each of users. A Cash on

delivery is favored over online payment as a method of payment. It is advised that

online shopping platforms come up with a way to constantly inform customers about

their rights and obligations in order to boost consumer confidence in online shopping in

light of the study's findings, which highlight the need for online platforms and online

shoppers to take online shopping seriously.
