PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

MATERIAL SPECIFICATION:
1. This quotation is approximate amount may vary as per design, discussion, finishes and if material
change.
2. Outer Laminate up to Rs.1400 of 1mm will be provided.
3. MR Grade Commercial plywood (Up to 60 rs/sq.feet) and for below kitchen platform waterproof ply
will be used (up to 95 rs/sq.feet) (BLACKMALT,Speed, Gopal, or any other similar range brand will be
used)
4. Inner laminate 0.8mm white or off white.
5. Kitchen will be with S.S. Basket of Asian paint Sleek kitchen, or any other similar range barnd.
6. Furniture accessories like hinges, channels of drawers etc. will be provided as per the given sq. ft rate
with everwin, sleek kitchen, ebco or any other similar range brand.

7. Decorative lights are not included.
8. Wall Tiles- 18"X12" of equlient rate up to INR 30 / sq.ft
9. Wire we will use policab, Anchor or any similar type of company and switchboards will be provided
with Anchor or other similar range brand.
10. Cement we will use ultratech ,Siddhi, or as similar company.
11. For plumbing work UPVC pipes of aashirwad brand will be used of required size and S.S taps will be
provided with Flamingo brand.
12. As per client’s requirement, any type of changes during on-going project will be added additionally in
final bill.
13. Drinking water for workers and water used in civil work and site cleaning equipments should be
provided by client.
14. Material storage place during work like,( sand,cement, granite, brick, ply and any other material comes
under scope of work) should be provided by client.
15. Fabric selection of sofa will be done upto 700 Rs/meter. and foam will be provided with the
combination of 40 density and 32 density foam in sofa. the structure will be made with MR grade ply.
16. client should inform in advance for any material change before application, and applicable time should
given for further changes. -

NOTES:
- This estimate is given as per floor plan and client’s requirements (may vary according to selected
designing). This estimate is valid up-to 30 days.
- Any material selection done by client above our given budget will be added in final bill.
- As per client’s requirement, any type of changes during on-going project will be added additionally in final
bill.
- CNC cutting charges will be taken as per the design selection.
- Electrical charges are included approximately. Ceiling / wall light points and light fixtures will be added
according to designing. If there will be any other electrical work besides existing points during on site work,
it will be added in final bill.
- Decorative lights, handy crafts or related to that are excluded.
- Paint work area is included approximately for royal luxury emulsion paint. Exterior paint is not
included.
- Final amount will be calculated according to area of work done on-site in final bill.
