To our beloved adviser________________, to my classmates, friends, and to all my

fellow students gathered here to witness our wonderful public speaking. Everyone, good
morning.
Do you believe that Young people hold the key to creating a better future? Well, for me. YES.
We are holding the key of creating a better future. So, how are we going to empowered ourselves?

Young people today are coming to age in a world test by crises. Even before the COVID-
19 pandemic devastated lives and livelihoods around the world, the socio-economic systems of
the past had put the livability of the planet at risk and eroded the pathway to healthy, happy,
fulfilled lives for too many. Youth empowerment is a process in which young people learn about their
rights and privileges as citizens through education. It also includes teaching them about their
responsibilities as citizens. Youth Empowerment is an important social issue that has been discussed by
many. It is a topic that has been debated by many scholars and activists.

In order to empower youth, we must first understand what the youth needs and how they
can be empowered. Youth are often seen as a problematic demographic. They are perceived as
being unruly and not having the right skills to succeed in the workforce. However, there is a lot
of potential that can be unlocked if we invest in this demographic.
Empowering youth requires understanding their needs, values and goals. In order to do
that, it is important to invest in them by creating opportunities for them to learn new skillsets and
gain new experiences through volunteering or internships.
As a global community, we need to invest in the next generation of leaders. In order to
empower youth and make them the next generation of leaders, we need to provide them with job
opportunities, internships and scholarships.
THAT WILL BE ALL. THANK YOU!!!
