I've been compiling this list since the airline journey started, just to ensure that I do not forget folks' contributions when
the time comes to start saying thank you either through equity and/or some other ways. The list doesn't include the three
of us. Thought I should share it with you...

People that have been helpful with Green Africa Airways

1. My Dad - several trips back and forth to Osogbo during the company registration process to help secure a tax
identification number for the company. Went to Ibadan and back twice in a day during the air transport license application
process. I'm not that religious but he (alongside my mom) spend significant amount of time on the mountain praying for
the success of the project

2. My Mom - Went back to my elementary school and Osun state schools' board multiple times to retrieve my primary
school leaving certificates which was required by the DSS. She (alongside my Dad) would drop me off on several
occasions at the Ife-Abuja & Ife-Lagos motorparks. An insane amount of prayers and fasting on the mountain with my
Dad.

3. My Sister (Kenny) - came to spend over a month with me in Abuja when I was sick. Took the 10-hour bus ride from Ife
to Abuja, her longest road trip ever. She actually deferred one of her professional exams during that time in order to be
with me in Abuja

4. My Brother (Taiwo) - we went to pick up the ATL application in December, 2013 when the whole talk about actually
starting an airline started. We wen to several meetings together including conversation with Mommy Ezekwesili (Abuja)
and Alike Dangote (Lagos); he flew all the way from Canada to Abuja in 2015 when DSS required that they would like to
meet him as part of the national security clearance process

5. My Brother (Aanu) - he was literally trying to raise money from his friends and mentors in South Korea. Given his flair
for writing and legal reasoning, went through the license approval press release to check for any claim that could
potentially open us up to legal questioning

6. My Brother (Bamise) - helped with several local logistical tasks including mailing documents, shipping a model
aircraft to Gbenga Oyebode, downloading and printing necessary documents for Dad during the ATL process

7. Danielle Allen (Girlfriend) - overall level of support; several drop offs and pick-ups from the airport; helped with
upgrading my wardrobe so I have a new suit and appropriate clothes to wear in Nigeria; chose to stay with me despite
series of travels that lasted 2-3 months at a time on some occasions; helpful in debating ideas and strategic alternatives

8. Katona Davis (Kenny's Fiance) - allowed me to stay with her and Kenny after finishing from business school. Though
Kenny would sometime joke she didn't have a choice, she could have declined someone else living in her personal space
over a long period of time. Beyond staying with her Kenny, she was very supportive and indulged some of my cereal /
peanut overeating tendencies! Amazing wine and conversation times together. She and Kenny took me to Express to buy
new casual wears for me. She was also helpful with choosing our earlier model aircraft design

9. Oby Ezekwesili - out of this world level of support!! Literally responded to a cold email from me; introductions to
President Olusegun Obasanjo, Aliko Dangote, Dr Harold Demuren, Ladi Balogun, Sola David-Borha, among others; took
time to meet in person both in Abuja & New York, Skype chat at least 3 times that lasted for about 30 minutes each;
introduced me to her sons; blessing and prayers from her! Unbelievable!

10. William Shaw - at the time of writing this note, I cannot believe that I haven't met William in person yet! He
responded to a cold email from me even before I had my internship at American Airlines and since then he has been the

3/31/2019 Green White Group Mail - Just thought I'd share this list with you...
go-to expert on anything and everything from the mundane (and sometime) stupid questions to more important stuff; he
introduced me to Mike Szucs (CEO Al Maha Airways) and then Andy Holmes; Craig Henshaw (currently revenue
manager at Al Maha Airways); analysts at Airbus that have been very helpful. Took his time to review and rip apart my
model so I'm ready to face TPG et al. I'm literally following his footsteps given that he launched his own airline in 2008
and he is genuinely happy about that. Many folks won't, especially in an industry like ours

11. Professor George Parker - took his time to review our presentation, introduction to the CEO & Chairman of
American Airlines (Doug Parker), introduction AND a call to the co-founders of TPG (Jim Coulter & David Bonderman),
amazing general level of support!! Gave us a quote to use for the ATL approval press release

12. Thomas W. Horton - could have literally killed this idea in its infancy but he has been a quiet but reassuring mentor.
Introduced me to James Hogan (CEO of Etihad), Akbar Al Baker (CEO of Qatar Airways); Barry Eccleston (President
Airbus North America); Virasb Vahidi (Former CCO for American Airlines). He took his time out of his busy schedule and
during what must have been a difficult transition time at American airlines to meet with me during my MBA summer there.
Not only that, he even agreed to meet again (twice!) to discuss this project. Not only, he took an update call from me
during the process; gave us a quote for the media press release about our license approval

13. Paul J Taubman - introduction to Frank Sica, discussion with Alex Navab (KKR), took time out of his incredibly
busy schedule for back-to-back calls to critique our business plan, general warm level of support! His mentorship extends
way before Green Africa Airways since my days as a sophomore in college (2008); took me under his wings in the
troubling sea called Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley

14. Tonya Gayle - my mentor since I was a sophomore in college; bought a backpack for me to help with travels; very
high overall level of support

15. Professor Shai Bernstein - allowed me to take a seminar class on the airline project in business school which sort
of became part of the backbone of the start-up

16. President Olusegun Obasanjo - literally wrote a letter of support for us to the CEO of Qatar Airways! Regardless of
what happens with this project, it's one of the letters that you keep for ages and generations to come. That letter has to
go in the archive of Green Africa Airways so that someday, even when we are long gone, somebody will dig it up to trace
the roots of how it all started!

17. Daniel Danev - former analyst at Morgan Stanley who helped getting data and market research for free; helped
review the financial model; introduced me to his former boss (and head of airline coverage) at Morgan Stanley. His former
boss then introduced us to the founder of Indigo airline in the India. General level of support

18. Rashaan Taylor (Kenny's Friend) - helped with the demo website and model aircraft design without taking a penny
from us. Many fire rapid assignment in the early days. Though we usually had to chase him and Femi to get things done,
his work made it possible for us to have a very strong visual presence during our early days

19. Femi Ajiboye (Kenny's Friend) - terrific designer; helped build our demo website and designed the logo for our
model aircrafts. He also worked with Rashaan to develop our current powerpoint template

20. Alhaji Adeleke (DSS) - contributed significantly to us getting our clearance from DSS in a relatively timely manner.
He picked up the phone and personally called all state field agents to get their reports back to Abuja asap; overall strong
level of support

21. Mr Benson (DSS) - our primary contact at DSS who it possible for us to have a front row seat and real time access
during our national security clearance process; pretty much took ownership of our security clearance process and
managed the day-to-day workflow to ensure a successful outcome. He was incredibly helpful and we eventually became
friends

22. Mrs Ikanono (DSS) - Overall head of Vetting (DSS) - took a while but a final appeal convinced her to approve the
clearance

23. Tony (DSS) - introduced me to Alhaji Adeleke and Mr. Odugbemi.

24. Mr Emeka (DSS) - wrote our security report when Mr. Benson was traveling. Positive attitude and general
encouragement

25. Oga Wale (DSS) - General level of support and encouragement. Went to lunch together

was signed over to me instead of going through the normal dispatching channel which could have taken up to a month

27. Mrs Osuji (DSS) - General level of support

28. Mrs Ukuah (DSS) - My initial contact when I was first visited DSS. Led the effort to ensure that the final clearance
letter was signed over to me.

29. Mrs Awe (DSS) - Literally ran to the registry and coordinated with the staff. This directly led to our clearance letter
signed over to me instead of going through the normal mailing process that would have taken at least a month to reach
Lagos

30. Mr. Lai Mohammed, AD Vetting (DSS) - reports directly to Mrs Ikanono; advocated on our behalf to his boss

31. Mr. Ayodele (DSS Lagos) - Performed field work in Lagos; very helpful in getting Lagos reports to Abuja as soon as
possible; took initiatives to call me immediately to avoid further bottleneck during the process

32. Mr. Lekan Odugbemi (DSS) - one of the highest ranking officers at DSS; took the time to meet when Alhaji Adeleke
called him during one of my early visits to DSS

33. JR - Former classmate at business school; I always crash at his place whenever I'm in Lagos, including at a time
when he was a crasher himself

34. Stefan Stoev - helped through the financial model, given his extremely rigorous background; gave me a personal
loan; helped organize a few friends to explore the possibility of them becoming investors

35. Debbie Olumolu - Oby Ezekwesili's assistant - very helpful with always getting me on her schedule even if it was
just for a minute

36. Susan Shaver - Thomas Horton's assistant - helped ensure that Tom gave a quote for the press release; also always
find time for me on Tom's schedule

37. Karen Rozea-Favata - Paul J Taubman's assistant. She would move the mountain to ensure I get some time on

when I visited Palo Alto in early 2015 to spend some time with Professor George Parker

41. Simon Abuja - my driver during my several trips to Abuja; he would get his wife to make food for me during
weekends. He became personally vested in the journey and went out of his way on numerous occasions to be helpful

42. Erick Rangel - former colleague at American Airlines; helped getting some industry data during business plan
development phase; gave me a couple of buddy passes which helped pay for some travels

43. Dr. Harold Demuren (NCAA) - former Director General of the NCAA; spent a couple of hours to counsel during the
early days of the journey; even dropped me off at the airport; vouched for us when DSS agents called him for due
diligence

44. Funke Opeke - Founder & CEO of MainOne Cable; took a meeting after Oby Ezekwesili introduced us to her; took a
break during her 2015 vacation in Dubai to chat over Skype

45. Remi Oyekunle - a close family friend who is more like a brother to me; introduced us to our banker at UBA;
crashed at his place several times when I was in Lagos; introduced us to Tomike; overall level of support

46. SBI Media Team - Samuel, Rotimi, Laolu & Alison; these guys worked for us pretty much for free during the early

our summer experience at American Airlines and we've since become really good friends; would go to any extent to be
helpful; he was also a seed investor

Seed Investors

57. Zipho Sikhakhane - biggest seed investor! Words cannot describe how incredibly helpful Zipho has been to this
start-up journey. Apart from making a solid return on investments, I look forward to being there for Zipho when she also
embarks on her own entrepreneurial journey

58. Adam Mazur - he would always find space in his personal finances to invest; several pick-ups and drop-offs at the
