Respected Sir,

I have been retired as E.T.O from Ludhiana-3, on 31/10/1996. My

P.P.O No. is 115889/Pb. my bank account No. is 06921000007995.

At the time of my retirement my pension was sanctioned Rs. 3731/- per month
on the basis of 10 month’s average pay. I had drawn my last pay amounting to
Rs. 7660/- on 31/10/1996 and I was entitled to get Rs. 3830/- p.m. w.e.f.
1/11/1996 on basis of last pay drawn, that is i.e whichever is beneficial to the
pensioner. Since 1996 I have suffered a huge financial loss till now.

You are humbly requested to revise my pension as per IVth/Vth pay commission
of Punjab, as I have been retired after 01/01/1996.

It will be very kind of you the action in this pension case may please be
intimated to me.

1. The offence under Section 138 NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT ACT IS
COMPLUNDABLE as per Section 147 of NEGOTIABLE
INSTRUMENT ACT. Thus you can absolve yourself of the case by
making payment of cheque.
2. In case at the time of appearance in Court you come forward along with
reasonable amount in the relation to the above amount of the cheque, the
matter may be settled through the efforts of undersigned or by TAKING
UP THE MATTER IN THE LOK ADALAT OR THROUGH
MEDIATION BY PUTTING THE MATTER BEFORE. THE
MEDIATOR AT THE MEDIATION CENTRE LUDHIANA ON THAT
VERY DAY.
3. In the case you are unable to engage any counsel you shall be provided
free legal aid counsel through District free legal aid service but as per
rules.
