I R. Packiyaraj, S/o.Ramar aged about 40 years, working as Senior Product Manager and
having office at No.6/2.2nd Floor, Raj Towers, Karur Bypass Road. Near KalaingarArivalayam,
Trichy -620002, now the branch office at SHRIRAM AUTOMALL BUILDING 1st floor,
Survey No.SF.1/2, Asoor, Thuvakudi, Trichy– 620 021, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely
state on Oath as Follows:
1. I am deponent herein as well as Senior Product Manager of the Petitioner Company. I

know the facts of the case through Documents.
2. I submit that the Petitioner has filed the Petition for Furnish security of Arbitration Claim
amount against the Respondent. The Claim Petition filed by the Petitioner may be read as
part and parcel of this Affidavit.
3. I submit that, the Petitioner Company has Delegate the Power to me for filing of case on
behalf of the Company before the appropriate forum. Hence, i am authorized to file case
through Power of Attorney deed, which is filed herewith is may be read as part and parcel of
this Affidavit.
4.I submit that the petitioner has filed this Petition for permission for filing case before this
Honourable forum on behalf of the company. No prejudice will be cause to the petitioner.
