Descaling procedure 2

Descaling cycle

1) Empty the water tank and pour the entire Philips / Saeco descaling solution in it. Fill it up
with fresh water to the MAX level and put it back.
2) Place a container under the hot water / steam wand.
3) Press the HOT WATER button (if your model has a STEAM BUTTON, you can skip this
step).
4) Turn the SELECTOR SWITCH to the STEAM/HOT WATER position and dispense ca.
300 ml descaling fluid in the container.
5) Turn the SELECTOR SWITCH to the DOT position to stop dispensing.
6) Empty the container, place it back and turn off the machine for 10 minutes.
7) Turn the machine back on after 10 minutes and repeat steps 3-5 until the water tank is
empty and the ALARM LIGHT turns on. Turn the SELECTOR SWITCH to the DOT
position.

First rinsing cycle

8) Empty the container and place it back. Rinse the water tank and fill it up to the MAX level
with fresh water.
9) Press the HOT WATER BUTTON if it is not lighted (if your model has a STEAM
BUTTON, you can skip this step).
10) Turn the SELECTOR SWITCH to the STEAM/HOT WATER position. The machine
starts dispensing water through the steam wand.
11) Turn the SELECTOR SWITCH to the DOT position when the water tank is empty.

Second rinsing cycle

12) Empty the container and place it back. Rinse the water tank and fill it up to the MAX
level with fresh water.
13) Press the HOT WATER BUTTON if it is not lighted (if your model has a STEAM
BUTTON, you can skip this step).
14) Turn the SELECTOR SWITCH to the STEAM/HOT WATER position. The machine
starts dispensing water through the steam wand.
15) Turn the SELECTOR SWITCH to the DOT position when the water tank is empty.
16) Press and hold (for about 6 seconds) the HOT WATER or STEAM BUTTON (depending
on your machine) until the DESCALING LIGHT turns off.
17) Rinse the water tank and fill it up to the MAX level with fresh water. Put it back in the
machine.
18) Rinse the drip tray and put it back.
19) Reinstall the Pannarello / Cappuccinatore and INTENZA+ water filter (if applicable).
20) The machine is now ready again to brew a coffee.

Siklus kerak 

1) Kosongkan tangki air dan tuangkan seluruh larutan pembersih kerak Philips / Saeco ke
dalamnya. Isi dengan air tawar sampai level MAX dan pasang kembali.

2) Tempatkan wadah di bawah tongkat air panas/uap.

3) Tekan tombol AIR PANAS (jika model Anda memiliki TOMBOL UAP, Anda dapat
melewati langkah ini).

4) Putar SAKLAR PEMILIH ke posisi UAP/AIR PANAS dan keluarkan kira-kira. 300 ml
cairan kerak dalam wadah.

5) Putar SELECTOR SWITCH ke posisi DOT untuk menghentikan pengeluaran.

6) Kosongkan wadah, letakkan kembali dan matikan mesin selama 10 menit.

7) Hidupkan kembali mesin setelah 10 menit dan ulangi langkah 3-5 sampai tangki air
kosong dan LAMPU ALARM menyala. Putar SELECTOR SWITCH ke posisi DOT.

Siklus pembilasan pertama 

8) Kosongkan wadah dan letakkan kembali. Bilas tangki air dan isi sampai level MAX
dengan air tawar.
9) Tekan TOMBOL AIR PANAS jika tidak menyala (jika model Anda memiliki TOMBOL
STEAM, Anda dapat melewati langkah ini).
10) Putar SELECTOR SWITCH ke posisi STEAM/HOT WATER. Mesin mulai
mengeluarkan air melalui tongkat uap.
11) Putar SELECTOR SWITCH ke posisi DOT saat tangki air kosong.

Siklus pembilasan kedua 

12) Kosongkan wadah dan letakkan kembali. Bilas tangki air dan isi sampai level MAX
dengan air tawar.
13) Tekan TOMBOL AIR PANAS jika tidak menyala (jika model Anda memiliki TOMBOL
STEAM, Anda dapat melewati langkah ini).
14) Putar SELECTOR SWITCH ke posisi STEAM/HOT WATER. Mesin mulai
mengeluarkan air melalui tongkat uap.
15) Putar SELECTOR SWITCH ke posisi DOT saat tangki air kosong.
16) Tekan dan tahan (sekitar 6 detik) TOMBOL AIR PANAS atau STEAM (tergantung pada
mesin Anda) sampai LAMPU DESKALA mati.
17) Bilas tangki air dan isi sampai level MAX dengan air bersih. Masukkan kembali ke dalam
mesin.
18) Bilas baki tetesan dan pasang kembali.
19) Pasang kembali filter air Pannarello / Cappuccinatore dan INTENZA+ (jika ada).
20) Mesin sekarang siap lagi untuk menyeduh kopi.
