Sub: To meet the director and deputy director for getting data collection points of
tribal community based study- CUSAT-reg.

Myself, Induraj. V. R., Assistant Professor, School of legal studies, Cochin University of
Science and Technology. Kochi and registered for Ph.D. in the same university. I am looking
for a study among the tribal communities of Kerala and the current legal issues faced by
them. My research dimensions include their ethnic products, traditional knowledge and their
sustainability in the legal context. In order to calibrate the conceptual ideology in the
literature with the empirical evidences field visit and experts interview are essential for
authenticating my research outcomes.

I hope that your institute can help me in finding the data points and can give right advice on
the steps that I have to take for completing my empirical study. I am planning to visit your
