WORK ASSIGNED –
(Week 1)
1. Sorting contracts of the employees in the company using excel data set.
2. Checking eligibility of the fresher’s who are applying and appearing for L&T
Recruitment process.
3. ID Verification of approved employees.
4. Checking whether employees has claimed any of the provided schemes from L&T,
Whether (Welfare, medical, or death scheme).

KEY ISSUES-
1. Multiple tasks provided at once.
2. Repeated number of claimed schemes.
3. Improper login essentials of employees.
4. Delaying or rejecting approval of claimed schemes.

ACTION PLAN-
1. Doing the work allotted on continuous bias 9AM-5PM and next day until completed.
2. Sorting out yearly wise data set of only Scheme under 2022-2023 claims. In which
other years was been kept recorded
3. Improper login credentials had been taken forwarded to the HR executives.
4. There were many mismatched or missing documents which had to be uploaded by
the employees which are essential for the scheme to claim. This was also taken
forward to the executive level, in the future days we shall approve the claims.
