Essential Functions

● Spearhead the implementation of ISO 27001 & PCI-DSS Certification.

● Lead in policy enforcement, security compliance,governance with IT Structure, Processes &
Technology Operation.
● Drive Next-Gen operation initiatives by establishing a distribution platform across Africa and
beyond.
● Create collaborative partnerships with major local and international service providers including
financial institutions, to create Unified Payment Platform to address both B2B & B2C segments.
● Manage knowledge transfers, talent acquisition/development and performance management for
building high-performance fin tech teams.
● Lead the overall operations of Fintech business that includes but not limited to Business
Processes, Process automation and IT Strategy & Transformation initiatives, including standards
deployment,
● Provide financial management and administration of the cooperative agreement and
management support and oversight in the implementation of project activities pertaining to
the payment platforms.
● Spearhead the automation of processes & compliance monitoring through tools & technologies
● Lead project budget development for annual work planning and adhoc budget requests.

Requirements

● PHD (Management sciences)

● Master of Business Administration
● Degree in Communication Engineering
