• The resources will come from a crowdfunding phase which will take
place in march-april, Our site will host a NFT's (non fungible tokens)
sale event which will aim to sell 10000NFTS at the price of 0.3ETH. In
exchange the shareholders will get revenue from the real estate
development and also lots of benefits

• We intend to link SIk.Office.NFT cryptowallet gathered from the crowdfunding

phase to a bank account in UAE so we can use the funds to acquire land , pay the
architects and general contractors so we can develope the real estate

• We dont want to trade cryptos. We want to use to money to build things in the

doing day trading with the cryptos. We want to move the assets in stable coin so
we can know the value of our wallet for a more stable real estate development
activity. We dont want to risk our investors money doing active trading . Our main
mission is real estate development and this is what we are specialized in .
