SPG REPORT
S.Y. 2017-2018

I. INTRODUCTION:
“ Becoming a great leader isn’t something that happens
overnight, but it can be achieved through discipline, hardwork and a commitment
to improvement through experience “
Great leaders aren’t born, as some people suggest; instead, they
are shaped over time. And, while what makes a “great leader in one application
doesn’t always apply to others, there are some general rules that all great
leaders follow.
Leading a group of people requires a mutual sense of trust and
understanding between the leader and the team members. As first step toward
that goal, leaders should learn to connect. Leader requires positivity, purpose,
empathy, compassion, humility and love.
The Supreme Pupil Government is a student body. It serves as
a venue for elementary pupils to develop their leadership and social skills.
Officers of this organization function as leaders in the school. Through
concerted efforts, they can achieve their objectives and be able to help the school
attain more of its goals. Being a student leader they must be active and
enthusiastic. Active and Enthusiastic in a sense that he/she is always eager to
implement programs and activities that aim to make student’s environment a
combination of learning and fun.
