During the last three years, the significant accomplishments listed above made an important
contribution to the school and the community.
I. Instructional Competence The conduct of District L&D Retooling of Teachers on the Digitalization of Learning Materials in Mathematics, teachers were upskilled especially on the use of helpful apps in making teaching- learning process more fruitful and that competencies were ensured to have attained through the help of gadgets and apps. 90 teachers attended the seminar/workshop and applied what they’ve learned at their own respective schools. Surely it helped the struggling learners in Mathematics to cope up and to easily understand the topics discussed to them. Having awarded as the Most Outstanding Teacher (School Level), I have done innovative approaches in terms of teaching-learning process. These strategies contributed to the progress of the learners. Classes had positive atmosphere and learners were actively participated during discussions. Learners should not only be upskilled academically but also should be actively participating the different events like sports to develop not only a sound mind but also a sound body. Thus, as the coach of Badminton and together with the players, we won the District Level and proceeded to the Division Level which we got 3rd place. Physical activity can enhance a child's self-perceptions of body, competence, and self-worth. Organized sports participation may aid in the development of physical skills, such as hand-eye coordination; functional movement skills and strength; and academic, self-regulatory, and general life skills. II. Professional and Personal Competence During the previous years, the average rating of my RPMS was 4.643 which indicates that I performed effectively and consistently which contributed to the school, learners, and my professional development. Having a consistent outstanding performance lead to productive implementation of teaching strategies and it will surely bear a great outcome. In order to gain more knowledge, learning never stops and thus I finished my Master’s Degree which helped me professionally and made me learn new techniques that I used in lesson delivery. I also served as resource speaker multiple times (District Level). Through this, I shared my knowledge and skills and assisted the teachers that attended the seminars/workshops to utilize different techniques and strategies that can be used in teaching that will help both teachers and learners to achieve better outcomes in learning. III. Community Involvement The scope of accomplishments should not only be limited inside the school but also within the community. Being the SPG adviser together with the SPG and YES-O officers, we conducted Clean Up Drive. With a total of 30 participants, we went around the barangay and designated areas to clean and maintain. Having a harmonious relationship with the community will help the school in improving. It will also be helpful in implementing different programs that will benefit both school and community. Symposium was also conducted which involved learners from grade 4 to 6. 240 learners attended the symposium on leadership and drug use prevention. We invited resource speakers that are professionally well known in terms of their forte. This helped the learners to understand their duties and responsibilities as a learner and as an active member of the community. To strengthen the virtue of one of the Core Values namely Makakalikasan, a tree planting activity was conducted which was attended by SPG and YES-O officers. All 24 of them planted as part of their duty in adherence to being a Makakalikasan member of the society. SPG officers made a program to celebrate Teacher’s Day which was attended by all teachers at Planas Elementary School together with the PTA Officers. Through this, learners show their love and gratitude to their teachers. IV. Others As proof of positive personal characteristics and attributes, I had received written testimonies from school head, co-teacher, and learner. These written testimonies show that as a teacher I perform at my best at all times and ensure that all of the things I do will be helpful to the school, the learners, to my co-teachers and to the community.
