    REQUIREMENT FOR NAFRC COURSE

    1. Enlistment Part 2 Orders - 3 Copies

    2. NA ID Card

    3. National ID Card

    4. Passport photos (Army Number across chest) - 24 copies - you may wish to come with more

    5. NOK Passport photos - 8 copies

    6. Statement of 3 months Bank Account - 3 Copies

    7. Blank Cheque Leaflet - 3 Copies

    8. Letter of confirmation of Bank Account holder obtained from your bank to be addressed to:

    The Chairman

    Military Pension Board

    Abuja

    9. Unit Documents

    10. Full Sized photograph in current rank (MWO and AWO - Number 4 Dress) WO and below Number 5
    dress

    11. Ceremonial dress

    12. National Dress

    13. Also come with fine clothes as uniform is worn only Tuesday and Thursday

    14. Federal Mortgage Bank Passbook
