LOAN AGREEMENT CONTRACT

This Agreement is made today 9th of June, 2023 between Jimmy Captain Alvin known as the Lender and Hein F Margaret
known as the borrower

Hein F Margaret has requested a loan from Jimmy Captain Alvin in accordance to some terms and condition: Jimmy

Captain Alvin is willing and able to loan money to Hein F Margaret in accordance to some terms and conditions: Now

Therefore, It is hereby agreed that:

LOAN AMOUNT $50,000.00

PURPOSE OF LOAN Business

LOAN INTEREST RATE 4%

LOAN DURATION 5 years

MONTHLY LOAN INTEREST REPAYMENT $920.83

NUMBER OF PAYMENT 60

CUMMULATIVE PAYMENT $55,249.57

TOTAL INTEREST PAID $5,249.57

The loan of $50,000.00 will be granted to Hein F Margaret for a term of five (5 years with an interest rate of 4%Note: The monthly payment was
calculated at 59 payments of $920.83 plus a final payment of $920.83.

However, if Hein F Margaret defaults in repaying the loan, then it is agreed that Jimmy Captain Alvin may charge collection cost
against Hein F Margaret or the case will be turned over to any court of law under the following conditions stated below.
Terms and Conditions

1. All parties will in all matter relating to this agreement act loyally and faithfully together.

2. This agreement will not be used for any fraudulent activity

3. The loan would be sent to Hein F Margaret as the borrower

4. The borrower will have to pay the sum of $350.00 for the security fees of the loan.

5. Jimmy Captain Alvin has the right and authority to sue Hein F Margaret to court of law if defaults in paying back the loan.

6. The borrower agreed in assuring the Lender that I am not going to possess any improved manner after getting the loan.

7. The loan repayment start 6 months after the loan is been granted to Hein F Margaret the borrowerThat

this agreement is consciously and willingly reached, signed and delivered between both parties.
