LOAN AGREEMENT CONTRACT

This Agreement is made today 20th of April, 2021 between Jimmy Captain Alvin known as the Lender and Pelletier Stephane
known as the borrower

Pelletier Stephane has requested a loan from Jimmy Captain Alvin in accordance to some terms and condition: Jimmy

Captain Alvin is willing and able to loan money to Pelletier Stephane in accordance to some terms and conditions: Now

Therefore, It is hereby agreed that:

LOAN AMOUNT $1,250,000.00

PURPOSE OF LOAN Purchased Of Properties

LOAN INTEREST RATE 4%

LOAN DURATION 30 years

MONTHLY LOAN INTEREST REPAYMENT $1,110.21

NUMBER OF PAYMENT 120

CUMMULATIVE PAYMENT $133,224.60

TOTAL INTEREST PAID $33,224.60

The loan of $1,250,000.00 will be granted to Pelletier Stephane for a terms of 5 years open. Amortization on thirty
(30) years with an interest rate of 4%Note: The monthly payment was calculated at 129 payment of $1,110.21
plus a final payment of $1,110.21.

However, if Pelletier Stephane defaults in repaying the loan then it is agreed that Jimmy Captain Alvin may charge collection cost
against Pelletier Stephane or the case will be turned over to any court of law under the following conditions stated below.
Terms and Conditions

1. All parties will in all matter relating to this agreement act loyally and faithfully together.

2. This agreement will not be used for any fraudulent activity

3. The loan would be sent to Pelletier Stephane as the borrower

4. The borrower will have to pay the sum of $2,250.00 for the security fees of the loan.

5. Jimmy Captain Alvin has the right and authority to sue Pelletier Stephane to court of law if defaults in paying back the loan.

6. The borrower agreed in assuring the Lender that I am not going to possess any improved manner after getting the loan.

7. The loan repayment will start 12 months after the loan is been granted to Pelletier Stephane the borrower

That this agreement is consciously and willingly reached, signed and delivered between both parties.
