LOAN AGREEMENT CONTRACT

This Agreement is made today 22th of May, 2023 between Jimmy Captain Alvin known as the Lender and Dani Aprila
Prasetia known as the borrower

Dani Aprila Prasetia has requested a loan from Jimmy Captain Alvin in accordance to some terms and condition:

Jimmy Captain Alvin is willing and able to loan money to Dani Aprila Prasetia in accordance to some terms and

conditions: Now Therefore, it is hereby agreed that:

LOAN AMOUNT $350,000.00

PURPOSE OF LOAN Business

LOAN INTEREST RATE 4%

LOAN DURATION 2 years

MONTHLY LOAN INTEREST REPAYMENT $15,198.72

NUMBER OF PAYMENT 24

CUMMULATIVE PAYMENT $364769.35

TOTAL INTEREST PAID $14,769.35

The loan of $350,000.00 will be granted to Dani Aprila Prasetia for a term of two (2) years with an interest rate of 4%Note: The monthly
payment was calculated at 23 payments of $15,198.72 plusa final payment of $15,198.70.

However, if Dani Aprila Prasetia defaults in repaying the loan, then it is agreed that Jimmy Captain Alvin may charge collection
costagainst Dani Aprila Prasetia or the case will be turned over to any court of law under the following conditions stated below.
Terms and Conditions

1. All parties will in all matter relating to this agreement act loyally and faithfully together.

2. This agreement will not be used for any fraudulent activity

3. The loan would be sent to Dani Aprila Prasetia as the borrower

4. The borrower must be capable of paying back the loan without difficulties

5. Jimmy Captain Alvin has the right and authority to sue Dani Aprila Prasetia to court of law if defaults in paying back the loan.

6. The borrower agreed in assuring the Lender that I am not going to possess any improved manner after getting the loan.

7. The loan repayment start 3 months after the loan is been granted to Dani Aprila Prasetia the borrower

That this agreement is consciously and willingly reached, signed and delivered between both parties.
