- Capacity over 600 bed and 100,000 m2 total building area.
- The hospital consists of the following departments:
1. Emergency Departments.
2. Radiology Department.
3. Central Supply Sterilization Department.
4. Physiotherapy Department.
5. Endoscopic Department.
6. Outpatient Department.
7. Laboratories Department.
8. Women and Obstetric Department.
9. Isolations Rooms.
10. 22 Operation Theatres
11. NICU, Nursery, ICU, Recovery Departments.
12. Cardiac Department.
13. Dialysis department.
14. Pharmacy Department.
15. Patient Rooms.
16. Doctors and Nurses Residence Room.
17. Kitchen and laundry.
18. Educational Building.
19. Burn building.
- Chiller plant consists of 7 Air cooled chillers each 370 TR, 7 Primary pumps, 7 Secondary
pumps and VRV system with total capacity 1600 TR.
- Firefighting system consists of 1250 GPM firefighting pump set and gas suppression
system.

Scope Of Work:
- Re-design and shop-drawing for all HVAC and Firefighting system.
- Hydraulic Calculation for Firefighting pump using ELITE Software.
- Cooling load Calculation using HAP Software.
- Quantity survey and prepare equipment schedules.
- Prepare and review hydraulic calculation for heliport.
- Prepare the technical submittal and follow up till the final approval.
