Leadership, I used to think that this was a designated position, however throughout the course I

was able to notice that a leader is not born, but rather is made, a leader is present not because of
a position, but because of their actions with their peers and colleagues. I was also able to notice
that the main role of a good leader is not only in success as a goal but also in the process, since
this is where different conflicts arise, something that changed my way of seeing conflict is that
conflict is good. when it is constructive and only trying to resolve the conflict, we can become a
high-performance team.

The organizational culture, how we do things. Our skills and performance affect others, in my
current job I have sometimes seen a supervisor feeling work stress and pressure, however it is
difficult for him to control these emotions and the entire work team acquires and absorbs that
energy, on the other hand I have had to fulfill the role of substitute supervisor and I have always
taken into account the importance of the emotions I project, so I learned that in the face of
difficulty there is an area of opportunity that helps us to be better and my vision of what I want to
be and To become an excellent high-performance team, we must work on it, inculcate it and,
above all, use it in this way, our organizational culture transcends over time.

A crucial point for me is inclusion and diversity since in the country where I work Chile there are
still certain gaps in working with foreign people, I have experienced it firsthand because I am a
foreigner born in the country of Bolivia, through In this course I was able to understand the
importance of inclusion and diversity far beyond "being good people", but that diversity and
inclusion is synonymous with job richness since different people with unique experiences and not
only different in physical aspects, nationality, sex, age or appearance but more importantly the
worldview of life and culture that each one represents is a huge source of virtue and workforce for
any company.

Equally very important, to lead change, one as a leader must be authentic and honest, only then
can we connect with our colleagues. I have been fortunate to have a good presence when it comes
to running meetings so much so that my colleagues choose me to present reports or meetings to
other companies. Many times, I have been asked how you do it, how you manage to connect, and I
was able to denote that the answer is to be authentic, what I say, I believe it, I profess it and I use
it. I was able to find many causes of my good performance, as well as learn to improve certain
aspects that perhaps I had not been able to notice on my own. Without a doubt, this course brings
me closer and closer to being that leader I aspire to, the one who creates, motivates, drives,
dreams, and inspires.
