When ordering a Whipsock for your application it is critical to measure the exact OD of the hose. The ID of the
hose is always constant but the OD will vary depending upon the manufacturer and application. Not specifying
the exact OD of the hose will result in a Whipsock that does not fit properly and can result in bodily harm if a
failure occurs.
The minimum grip length is determined by the OD of the hose that is shown on the above chart. To determine
grip length, use the overall length minus eye length. Longer lengths are available by filling in the below form. For
shorter lengths you will need to order a 4 eye Whipsock.
All custom made Whipsocks will be built to the specifications that you (the customer) provide and are non-
returnable if there is a fitting issue.
