FEE NOTICE – SESSION 2023-24 ODD SEMESTER


For 3rd/5th/7th/9th Sem of UG, PG, Ph.D. (PT)& Ph.D. (FT) Programs
Fees Payment Schedule

Till 17th July 2023 (Monday) Without fine


18thJuly 2023 (Tuesday)– With late fine of Rs. 100/- per day
27th July 2023 (Thursday)
28th July 2023 (Friday) – With late fine of Rs. 7500/-
16th August 2023(Wednesday)
From 17th August 2023(Thursday) Rs. 15,000/- (Re-admission Fees) in addition to
semester fee
It may please be noted that, if the fee is not paid till 16th August 2023, the student's admission will be
cancelled. However, in such case, a student may apply for re-admission for which he/she will have to
pay a re- admission fee of Rs. 15,000. Waiver of Readmission fees is at the sole discretion of the
Management.

Procedure for Fee Payment

1. Online Payment

• Students are encouraged to make online payment of fees through Student’s Amizone Portal.
• Fees can be paid online through Paytm App also. Please search for Amity University Kolkata
under the Fees section.

2. Offline payment

• Demand Draft in favour of `AMITY UNIVERSITY’ payable at Kolkata. Demand Draft with payee
name “AMITY UNIVERSITY KOLKATA” / “AMITY UNIVERSITY PAYABLE AT KOLKATA” will not
be accepted.

• Students may also send the Demand Drafts through post/courier addressed to:
Accounts Department, Amity University Kolkata
Plot No. II A, 36,37 & 38, Action Area II,
Kadampukur, Rajarhat, New Town,
Kolkata 700135

Students are advised to write their Name, Program& Semester no., Enrolment No., Mobile
No. and E-mail Id on the back-side of Demand Draft.

3. Notes:

1. NEFT/RTGS/CHEQUE/CASH (including cash deposit in our bank account) will not be entertained under
any circumstance.

2. If any student paid online but fee is not updated in Amizone within 3days they should write to
schatterjee@kol.amity.edu/sghosh3@kol.amity.edu with their transaction reference no. & enrollment
no. They need to mention the kind of payment gateway they used in making the payment.

3. Registration for the ODD semester will not be done without fee payment receipt.

4. In case of educational loan respective bank needs to write to us mail seeking A/c details. We will ONLY
revert to their mail.

5. No query will be clarified over the phone. Pls drop a mail with all the relevant details, we will definitely
revert.
